I found the perfect contractor. Great person does great work. Called got a person to talk to ,made a appointment for next day. Showed up on time. Gave us a very good price for work needed. Also guarantee's his work ,who does that anymore. very pleased with the finished work. I would give him 5 stars plus.

All experienced Construction replaced brick and a mantle after we installed a wood stove insert into an existing fireplace. Melvin was the first to respond after we entered our information on Home Advisor. Once we had an agreement, Melvin and his crew arrived and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the size of the mantle but He made a special trip to get another. He said he would not leave a job if it was not of the quality he would have in his own home. I am very happy with how it looks. They were easy to deal with and we would definitely recommend him.

The work on the front steps was completed and looks fine my main problem is the incorrect quote for service versus the price at time of service. After giving a A1 Gold Construction a deposit and work being started an additional $1700 in work was added on after the steps had been removed. The stairs were looked at prior to service and provided a quote for the service. The day of the job it was turned into a complete removal and rebuild of steps which was not previously quoted. The steps had been removed before I was informed of the additional cost, with no other options since steps had been removed I had to processed with the higher cost for service. The work turned out fine but very dissatisfied with the change in quoted price at the last minute. Be careful when using this company make sure the quoted price is inclusive of all work.

They did a great job with our patio to remove all the blue stones and level to the ground and replace them. They came to work when expected. Worked long hours. Due to the heat they need frequent breaks however completed the project with a beautiful outcome. The work was completed professionally. They were very courteous and cooperative. Tony, and his brothers was very meticulous with his work and made sure everything was done correctly.

The project involved repairing the mortar around front steps, repairing cracks in some bricks, and resurfacing/sealing the concrete top of our front patio. They quoted a fair price for the work and did a fantastic job. They also went above and beyond expectations in the cleanup afterwards. I'm very satisfied with their performance and would gladly hire them again.
