Terrible experience. Sonshine quoted $1,100 for power washing front, back and side patios, and a back porch. Photos provided included many contents to be moved. I moved all the items and they did not.wash the porch, but still charged full price. They called and email multiple times the next day to collect final payment. Because it was a busy day, I could speak with them until 3 pm the day after the work. This was the 2nd time I used them, yet they treated me like I was trying to dodge payment. Very rude, obnoxious and hung up on me. If you're working in trades, you need to be able to wait 24 hours for payment. Terrible experience.

Wonderful job. I had contracted to have the windows washed prior to selling the house but planned to power wash it myself. They gave me an instant quote to the power washing and completed both jobs in a couple of hours.

We like there service. They did the inside and outside of the windows. Everything associated with cleaning the whole window.

It was at par from what we expected. They were prompt. They were thorough. They're professional. They did a good job. They were quick and they were great.

They came on time and did a good job. They were able rid of 15 years worth of grime. We had no problems with scheduling.

They're a little expensive. They do a good job. The only issue that I have is they didn't put all the furniture back as I recall, they didn't put it back the way they should have. I had to move them back myself but they cleaned the windows very well. They showed up on time and cleaned the windows well, there are no streaks and it was clear. They did the whole thing.

Went very well on all window surfaces and sills. Only thing they did not do was clean the black moldy residue around the windows in the bathroom and told me we could use the Mr Clean foam scrub on it. Since it was around the windows, expected this would be part of the cleaning. The price was also slightly increased due to double paned doors in sunroom area. They use water on windows - expected they would use Rainex or similar.

Everything really well. Pricier than other services, but this is first time I sue this service.

We stopped using them because they were not competitively priced. They did a good job, they were just significantly high.

I have been using Sonshine for many years for a property at the Jersey shore and this is the 2nd year I have used them here. They are prompt, courteous and do a fine job.

On the estimate I was quoted $642.00 but then my bill was $722.25. He put up a towel bar for me as well, and I am not sure if that were this extra $80 is coming from but I feel like I was underhanded with the price because he told me the final bill was $642.00. I did compensate him a little extra for the towel bar but he ended up adding $80 to my final bill and I am not sure why. When I called to follow up he said he would issue me the credit for the $80.25 difference, this was about a month ago and I have never gotten this credit.

They were able to get me right on their schedule, despite trouble getting scheduled with another company, due to the time of year. They did a good job. I had used them before.

The job was planned to be carried out in the afternoon. They arrived on time and were very courteous. Price was a little high by my estimate. The previous owner paid about $40 less for the same job, it seems, but that was 5 years back. Although the workers were very helpful and eager to answer any questions I had, they seemed a little pressed for time from the very beginning. They were trying to hurry. The job took a little longer than what they estimated when I booked. Near the end, about 40 minutes before the job was completed, one of the workers of the first team left but was replaced by a couple of workers who arrived in a second truck. The new workers were also very courteous and helpful and didn't seem to be pressed for time. But the next morning, when fresh sunshine fell on the windows, I found that several of them had squegee marks on them. This seemed to be a result of hurrying as, otherwise, the quality of the job was quite good.

Everything went great! I am going to use them again this year.

Cleaned all windows Arrived on time and took about two hours. Brought all that they needed. Were efficient and windows and screens were clean upon their completion. Were very polite and helpful offering to move anything in the way of getting to the windows. were neat and I had to do no clean-up after they left. Have used this company several times. Never disappointed.

They never FINISHED and charged us!!!!!!They said they would come back, but my husband paid and they never showed up again.My husband said they were nice, I don't need nice people I need my windows cleaned.

I received a coupon from Sonshine for window cleaning. I contacted them and scheduled them to come out. The young lady answering the telephones was extremely helpful. I scheduled the service in early March and was able to benefit from the 25% off for the early cleaning. My windows hadn't been cleaned in years. I asked them to clean the windows, clean the screens, and clean the window channels. During the service the technicians were extremely good at communicating problems. They showed me the damaged screens which I had them set aside for repair. The technicians suggested additional services including power washing my back patio and cleaning and treating my roof which was badly discolored. Both of the additional services combined ended up being the same price that I had been quoted from a contractor to come clean my roof ($450). The technicians were very polite and professional. The price for the service including the deck power wash and roof service totalled $750.00. I have 26 windows in my home. The overall window cleaning was good. The only drawback to the service was the window channel cleaning. The techs missed about 10 windows and the overall the channel cleaning wasn't what I expected. I'll have to go back through and clean them myself. I wouldn't pay to get the channels cleaned again. Overall the service was very good and the end result was definitely worth the money. I will definitely be using this company again.

The techs arrived on schedule. Explained what they were going to do, approximately how long it would take and even educated me on various types of chandeliers. We purchased our house a 1 1/2 years ago and found out the chandelier had never been cleaned in 15 years. They gave us an estimate over the phone with an emailed photo. When the technicians arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find out the rate quoted would be a little less as the chandelier is acrylic. I had to run out to the store to get the correct size bulbs and was comfortable leaving them alone. They cleaned up 15 years of dust that fell onto the floor and the chandelier looks spectacular.
