Wow! Finally an air duct company that does great work, has professional staff, and doesn't rip-off customers. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism of Brian and his assistant. After employing A+ (aka Horizon Duct Cleaning) last year, A+ completely ripped me off -- it was amazing to see how much dirt the Induct team got out of my ducts using the right tools and techniques! Thanks!!! Keep it up!

The owner, Buddha, was initially present and then left two of his people to finish the job. They told us the carpets could take 4-6 hours to dry. 24 hours later they were still soaked. Buddha himself came back over the weekend and extracted some of the water from several of the carpets but they still had dried residue of the chemicals they had used. He insisted it was because of cleaning supplies used by the prior owners. This was after we waited DAYS for the carpets to dry. We finally had Stanley Steemer come and they redid all the carpets and they were dry and without any sticky chemicals within a day. They confirmed that Induct used way too much water to clean the carpets and that there was residue left behind.

Everything went well. They where timely and professional. Even though I wasn't there (it's a rental property) they called me to let me know they were finished.
