Excellent. I'm extremely pleased with the work that Macauly did. It's beautiful and exactly what I wanted. He was easy to work with and reliable. Even though storms knocked out our power for a few days, they were able to continue working and completed the job on time. His price was very reasonable, especially considering the much higher quotes I received from other providers. I would definitely hire Macauly and Counter Edge again and would highly recommend them.

Macaulay did an amazing job - we are so happy with how they turned out! The cabinets are beautiful rich wood and are professional and perfect, and the countertops have a marble like look that enhances the kitchen. The white back splash is gorgeous and brightens the entire look. Macaulay is a very pleasant young man who wants to please the customer and will go to any lengths to do so. He is a pleasure to work with. GREAT job Macaulay!!

We had an amazing experience working with Macaulay at Counter Edge! He is friendly, professional, detail-oriented and accommodating. Our original kitchen was in great shape, but the finishes were simply not our taste. It was very yellow and traditional, but we wanted white and modern. Macaulay swapped out our cabinet doors, and also put us in contact with a great company to change the countertops. It looks like a totally brand new kitchen! But it cost a fraction of the price. We originally intended to work with a traditional contractor who's done a lot of work for our family. When we mentioned wanting to "reface" the kitchen by changing the doors, he laughed at us and told us to "come back when we had $30,000 to spend to do a kitchen reno right." Shame on him. We refaced the whole kitchen with Macaulay's help, for less than a quarter of that price, and it looks spectacular!

Our kitchen was completed backwards...due to issues and the age of the house, we installed honed granite, new appliances, a sink, and had a backsplash put in without new cabinetry. When we bought the 100 year old home, the kitchen had too many cabinets! We removed many and went some open shelving. As the boxes were in great shape, we called a few places to come and give estimates for "refacing." By far, not even close, Macauly's quote and the product he showed us was the best. It was real wood, not junky laminate. The work was completed in two and half days and you would never know I did not have brand new cabinets installed--actually one custom cabinet was put in. I had all new drawers put in and my lower cabinets have the pull out shelves that make life much easier in a working kitchen. My prior home had European cabinets and I really cannot tell the difference. I highly recommend Counter Edge--great workmanship, honest and reliable, and just a good guy.

I hired Counter Edge to reface the cabinets in my kitchen, including an island. They also subcontracted installation of quartz countertops, tile backsplashes and kitchen sink. As an architect, I have high standards for subcontractors I hire. I enjoyed working with Macauly from start to finish and was impressed by his craftsmanship, attention to detail and customer service. A relatively young guy, Macauly handles all aspects of his projects, from the sales to the measuring and ordering, to the installation. Macauly has a very low key style, not at all interested in a hard sell. He works with an excellent manufacturer to provide high quality, real wood cabinet doors, drawer bodies and hinges/slides at a very fair price. After the order was placed, the material arrived within 5 weeks. Macauly did all the installation himself, with an employee. They arrived promptly each morning and left the kitchen clean and tidy each afternoon. The cabinets, drawers and toekicks and trim were done within 4 days. Macauly was also great with the subs he hired for the countertops, tile backsplash and sink installation. He showed up to supervise their work and ensure it was completed to the same standards as the cabinetry work. Less than a day for the installation of the quartz countertops, including waterfall edges on the island and sink (with garbage disposal and insta-hot faucet), and a half-day for the tile backsplash. I was extremely pleased with the final result. Re-facing provided a brand new kitchen for a fraction of the cost of all new cabinets. I would highly recommend Counter Edge to friends and family.

I was please with the quality of the work that was done. I was given a time frame when the work would be completed and the cost was reasonable to my budget. Very pleasant and even cleaned up whwn the work was finished.

Macauley is very polite and easy to talk to. We ran into a glitch, but he came back and made the changes to my liking, free of charge. He worked with me to make everything exactly perfect. The countertops are gorgeous. Great price. Always on time, and if he was going to be a few minutes late he let me know. I trusted him and felt he was honest.

It went extremely well. Macauly and his staff were a pleasure to work with. They were very efficient and provided a high quality product and service. They were cooperative and were responsive to our input. Always with a smile .Macauly is a talented craftsman . We were very satisfied with his work and would definitely hire him again or recommend him to others.

Mac and his assistant Pat were very pleasant to work with. My proclivity towards perfection was well taken. They never seemed preturbed by my demanding demeanor. I was in fact very concerned given the previous contractor and he understood. Mac is expected back soon for other projects.

The team was very professional and did an amazing job with updating our kitchen. The team was able to get it all done within 3.5 days. The vendor had sent an incorrect material, which extended the work time. Otherwise, it would've taken them just 3 days. Macauly was very responsive and worked with us to make some cosmetic changes outside of the resurfacing that we wanted. We were able to repurpose a homework desk with a new setup to fit in a wine fridge. Best of all, they had the best price out of any company we met with! Overall, I would highly recommend Counter Edge!

We contacted 4 cabinet re-facing companies and 1 company that painted cabinets. Counteredge's price was lower than the painting option which surprised us. Since the reviews were good on Amgies list, we decided to give them a try. Macauly came to our house, took measurements when he provided the quote and again before he placed the order for the materials to make sure he had the right dimensions. He said the job would take 3 to 5 days. They finished in 3 days. The quality was excellent. HE was flexible around our scheduling of the granite and appliances. They were very professional, cleaned up well after the job was done, and were very nice and polite. I contacted 2 other cabinet refacing companies that would not even come out unless I was willing to pay $12,000 to $15,000. Macauly quoted $8600. He was lower in price because he has low overheads and just quoted the job fairly.

This business was a pleasure to work with. McCauley went out of his way to be helpful . . . beyond what I feel was the call of duty. He was neat and clean and even replaced a new door that came in with slight damage that I didn't even notice. He attended to detail and he and his crew were quiet and respectful. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and am very pleased with the job.
