DO NOT HIRE CHAMPION EXTERIORS !!! Terrible customer service!! Waited for 3 months for the windows to be installed and received Home Depot windows. They were supposed to be customized to size of my big kitchen windows I got small ones instead with build in frame around it and a big chunk of wood under it. Photos to follow!! Especially if you’re dealing with Dave- RUN!! Very ignorant, rude and unprofessional!! He almost shot his pants trying to proof that the windows are the same size as my old ones were. My old windows were almost 23 inches wide the ones they installed are 19,5 inches. Go figure!! Dave is the only “smart” one in the room and “everyone else is dumb and knows nothing”?!?! wide crazy eyes will be telling you that we did such a great job !! Despite one hour ago they admitted they messed up and a new order was suppose to be placed!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Terrible company!!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Champion Windows & Home Exteriors regarding the unsatisfactory work performed at my residence and the subsequent treatment I received from their representatives. On 5/31/24], I entered into a contract with Champion for the installation of new windows, Roof, doors, and storm doors, under the impression that these would be Anderson direct products, as stated in the contract. However, I later discovered that the products used were sourced from Home Depot, which is not what I agreed to. Despite my concerns, Champion has refused to rectify this issue by replacing the products with those originally promised. Additionally, the work on my home has resulted in several other issues: 1. Gutters: My existing gutters, which were in pristine condition before the project, no longer fit flush to the fascia after Champion completed the installation. Despite assurances, they now appear unsightly and improperly installed. 2. Fascia: I was under the impression that the fascia would be replaced. However, it was merely covered with aluminum because Champion could not obtain the proper fascia with ventilation holes. This has left the fascia looking wavy and not at all like new, as I expected. 3. Siding: The siding has been left hanging loosely due to the absence of a starter strip, a problem identified by a siding and roofing professional I consulted after the fact. Furthermore, the top row of siding was nailed to the house from the exterior, leaving visible nails along the length of my home, which is completely unacceptable. 4. Mice Issue: When I reported that mice were entering my home through a gap in the exterior door, Champion dismissed it as a problem caused by the settling of the house rather than an installation issue. This response was wholly inadequate and fails to address the problem. 5. Storm Door: The storm door installed by Champion was defective, and only after significant pressure did Champion agree to install a replacement, which Anderson has confirmed is necessary.Still waiting on my back screen door. The adversarial and dismissive nature of my interactions with Champion’s representatives, particularly during a visit on August 20th, has left me emotionally distressed and has further eroded my trust in the company. The entire experience has been overwhelming, particularly considering my pre-existing medical conditions (PTSD, anxiety, and MS), which have been exacerbated by the stress caused by this situation. High pressure tactics to sign without a walk around. 100 degree index. I request that Champion be held accountable for: 1. Replacing the Anderson Home Depot products with the Anderson direct products as per the original contract. 2. Repairing or replacing the improperly installed gutters and fascia to restore them to their original pristine condition. 3. Correcting the issues with the siding, including removing the visible nails and addressing the lack of a starter strip. 4. Properly addressing the mice entry issue as an installation problem rather than dismissing it as settling. 5. Ensuring that the defective storm door is replaced promptly and correctly.

DO NOT HIRE CHAMPION EXTERIORS! Our condo association hired Champion to replace our roof shingles. The job required several large dumpster containers to be dropped off so that the old shingles could be thrown into them. My wife and I witnessed the container which was placed on our driveway after I was contacted for approval to do so. When the container was filled with roof shingles it was then removed and not placed on my driveway again. After the container had been removed, my wife and I again came down to inspect what had been done, we then noticed that our driveway had been cracked in two places. Our driveway prior to the roof job, had no cracks in it at all. I know this because I power wash the driveway each year and had I noticed these obvious cracks, they would have been addressed. I called the foreman who ran the job and he set up an appointment for me to meet with a "concrete person" to discuss the problem at hand. Again my wife and I made a special trip down to the condo to gather at the designated time given us to meet, but the "concrete person" never showed. I tried calling Champion several times while leaving messages on the voice mail and three times with the receptionist. Each time I asked that the OWNER RON FRAME, please call me to discuss the cracks in my driveway. Finally one day, OWNER RON FRAME called me and told me that the container was never on my driveway, it was on my neighbors driveway who he had contacted for approval to place there and that he was not paying for anything to be repaired. He then accused me of trying to get a new driveway at his expense. LIES, LIES, LIES. The container was not on my neighbors driveway and he did not contact them for approval of placement of the container because I called them and asked if that was true? Again, LIES, LIES, LIES. OWNER RON FRAME then hung up on me just as anyone guilty would do when they won't admit to their mistake. After a few days had passed, I wrote OWNER RON FRAME an email which described our phone call and I requested again that he fix my driveway. I gave him five business days to respond before I would write this review and let everyone know all about his ignorance and what should have been done, that is fix my driveway. OWNER RON FRAME never responded so this is the first of many communications that I will be sending out about this man OWNER RON FRAME and his company. DO NOT HIRE CHAMPION EXTERIORS! The crew showed up and were very polite. They made sure my landscaping was covered. They finished my house in a few hours. When they left everything was cleaned up and nothing was damaged.

The crew showed up in the morning and went right to work. They were on the job everyday until it was complete. My husband and I would definitely recommend them again!

Customer service was excellent. The crew cleaned everything up and we're very conscious of the landscaping.

The service turned out excellent. What stands out the most about them is their fairness but first of all their quality of work and the communication skills of the owner, Ron Frame. He was very good at communicating with what’s going to be done and very accessible.
