Description of Work: The heater that was installed by our builder gave us problems from day one. So 3 years later we bought into the theory that our pool service threw out that the heater was just a bad egg and we should purchase the exact same one again. I must have had a momentary lapse of saneness because I did just that. So here I am 3 years later with the same problem and same ags service code staring me in the face. The manufacturer told me to call Bali. Their service man came out as promised and told us that he would do everything he could to get it going even though its not yhe heater he sells. he got it going but after a couple hours the heater reverted back to its old ways and decided to die and flash the infamous service agc code again. Finally I asked him to install a new heater and what would make this one different? He told me that not only does his heater come with a 2 year warranty, but he would add another year to it. In addition he would not only plumb it, but also wire it and do the gas. [The other company told us to call an electrician and the gas company to finish] Two days later my pool and spa are heated and my wife and kids are happy.
