Jake is a fraud he delayed my entire project by three months. he was hired to make plans for project and give us kid drawings with pencils and crayons with all stains on them. delayed our project for over 3 months in over 20k in damages . and this man is nasty just takes money and hangs up . the city inspectora even laughed when we submitted his plans . This company is nowhere near professional and all they do is steal money . stay far away !!!!!! If anyone wants to join my lawsuit contact 848-248-6834

I suddenly had very low water pressure throughout my home. I needed a professional plumbing service and quick. Alliance Service Pros sent someone out the same day. Andrew diagnosed the cause and repaired it in a short amount of time. He tested the system before he left to make sure all was running well. I would highly recommend this company for the outstanding good service and the immediate response. Thank you, Alliance!

Work was done professionally. The reason for three stars is VALUE. The same American Standard Pro elongated , chair height toilet is $179.00 at Home Depot. This includes the toilet seat and all parts needed to install the toilet. Labor from one of the Home Depot plumbers is $228.00 . This includes removal and disposal of the old toilet. I paid your company $691.00.You charged $350 for the same toilet. You charged $40 for the plastic toilet seat. You charged $350 for labor. This installation would have cost $407.00 from Home Depot with a one year warranty. Of course, there would have been a two week wait for installation. Since this was not an emergency, that would have been no problem. So your company charges 40% more than Lowes also. I can give you the figures if necessary==apples to apples. That is why I had to ask Michael for a detailed invoice . The original invoice was opaque with no details regarding cost of parts and labor.

I hired Alliance to complete several jobs in my newly purchased home including: 1. bringing bathroom and kitchen plumbing up to code, 2. installing a garbage disposal and faucet, 3. installing a new toilet and fixing plumbing to toilet, and 4. multiple pinpoint leaks and pipe corrosion in the basement plumbing. From the start, it was such an easy and stress-free process. Communication was constant through email and text about the service dates and ETA of the team members, which was fantastic as I was traveling back and forth between my current and new home. The estimator (Mike) was at my home the day after I made the initial call and walked through everything with me in a friendly, well-informed, and pressure-less manner. He never tried to upsell me and, in fact, helped me prioritize the most important items to address. The plumbing technician (Andrew) was at my house five days later with all of the required materials and worked for 8 hours on the various items. He even found and fixed another broken component while working which probably saved me additional stress and money! At the end of the service, he walked through all of the fixes, went over the warranties associated with them, and ensured my satisfaction before processing payment. He was so impressive that another contractor working on the painting in my home asked him for Alliance's business card. I would hire Alliance again for any plumbing need and would recommend them without hesitation to friends, family, strangers, or anyone else with plumbing needs!

Charles Bigelow was excellent. Very prompt service, he quickly diagnosed the gas line problem and fixed the issue. I would recommend highly.

Plumber was here on time and did everything that was planned. He even did some extra stuff that wasn’t in the estimate that had to be done and didn’t charge me extra. I’m totally happy with everything.

The service from Alliance Service Pros was fantastic! Tom Kensinger was my service pro and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. The flower bed in front of my house next to the foudation was very soggy and water was coming through the foundation into my house; assumed a water or sewer leak. Chalres from Alliance pros investigated the situation, throughouly examined the situation, checked all township/state codes and then provided a compeitive quote. Two days later Tom was onsite for the repair, it was around 90-95 degrees. He hand dug 6 ft of earth to uncover a broken water line in the foundation. Tom overcame serveral challenges with main water line shutoff not working, significant flooding while digging to get the job down. He also brought a change of clothes, before coming into the house to not muddy up my house/basement. He repaired the waterline outside and through the house and then sealed the water line and the sewer line in the foundation in and out. He took care on digging to separate the mulch and dirt, so upon refilling the hole he could leave it as he left. Lastly, he hosed down all areas of my porch, driveway and sidewalk. Basically looked liked it was never touched. He worked 12 hours and promised to not leave until we had water that night. I have never seen this dedication from a trade professional before and my long review is a return in kind for the level of work he showed my family. They will be my go to plumbing professionals from now on.

Alliance service pros came to our house to find out why nothing was flowing from our house into my septic tank. They found that the pipe from the house to the tank was failing due improper installation when the house was built. Alliance arrived at our house before the time frame they gave me. They were up front with every charge throughout the process of identifying the source of our problem. A second truck had to be called in with extra equipment and supplies. They did not leave until our problem was solve. This company is honest, reasonable, professional and the guys are very kind. We would highly recommend this company.

They did a great job! From the customer service Dispatcher Eric. Eric’s of great help in a moment of crisis along with his excellent follow ups skills. The installation services from Mike was processional, courteous, experienced and very knowledgeable. It was great being serviced by Alliance Services professionals. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

They hung up on me when I mentioned that I didn't want to pay another $6000.00 for a job that I had done in August.

Alliance service pro informed me on the phone that price would range between $250 to $400 max and will charge $45 non refundable to show up. After person showed up he started by saying he will charge $425 and then $95 by the hour. I gave the person a chance to see if he could clear the drain from outside access and he struggles poorly to even direct the snake in direction of the house. After spending 45 minutes unsuccessfully, he then said he would have to remove a downstairs toilet for a charge $250 and additional $95 to snake from toilet to street. I refused and then they started demanding full payment for work not done. Eventually they forced me to pay $275 grudgingly and I did not want them to create a scene in front of neighbors. Will never use them again!
