Pete was very helpful throughout the home buying process. He was always available for questions and to look at houses in which we were interested. During the process, I appreciated Pete's total honesty and candor. I don't think this is so common in the real estate world. He is very dedicated to his work and his clients. I have friends that also used Pete Shoemaker to sell thier home. They also think very highly of him noting his drive and dedication. They knew he would get their house sold, and he did. I still call Pete to get references for contractors.
