+ -1 moreMy sister-in-law is related to Long and Foster, but we didn't use her. She recommended that we use Long and Foster. It's a national firm. She was the buyer's agent so she got paid out by the seller. She was with us for well over a year showing us every possible house that we were interested in. She must have showed us well over 50 houses and she was always willing to do that for us.
Description of Work: We used a realtor from Long and Foster and her name was Carmela.
