Kyle Wright is very prone to "miscommunication." After awhile so many miscommunications seems like just poor customer service. First they charged us for 2.5x the amount of work that we authorized them to do and claimed that "they thought we said it was okay" even though there were emails that specifically stated what we wanted. Then they forgot to mow our lawn one week. And another week they came a day late to mow our yard, and their employee mouthed off when we said that they couldn't mow at that time and asked them to come back later in the day when my sick infant son was done sleeping. Given the wide variety of lawn services available in south jersey I'd recommend that you choose a company that will respect your money and your property better than Kyle Wright.

Most cuts resulted in poor quality work. Large mower was used recklessly in front yard, which is small and should have been cut with walk behind. Result was turf being torn up by wheels of mower. and uneven cuts. Several cuts were done without trimming edges of patio, mulch beds. Several attempts were made to contact Kyle Wright and was told “he’d be in touch”, which he was not. Poor quality work and poor customer service all around.
