A Team of 3 showed up On-Time. They took care of 3 different projects in my home. The owner or supervisor came along later to introduce himself and field my questions. They worked quietly and completed each task within a reason time frame and cleanup after themselves. The most important traits that I look for are "Customer Service" and "Honest Work Ethic".
