Very prompt. I told them I don't get home until 4 PM. I got home a little early and they were already there waiting for me. Same day service.

The gentleman, Joe, who was my contact for the job, was incredibly professional and empathetic towards my family and I's concerns. We were quite worried about going into the warm summer months without a properly working air conditioner, Joe and his team handled the situation efficiently and swiftly!

Joe arrived for the project evaluation exactly on schedule and submitted a comprehensive, fair price, quote along with the scheduled date of the work, which he kept to. He and crew did a very nice and neat job, quickly updating our entrance cable and electrical panel with very little down time. Arranged for the inspection and everything passed with flying colors. Will definitely call Joe again for any additional electrical work needed and highly recommend Cobalt.

Over Priced! He upgraded the panel box, and ran a new line to the pole. HomeAdvisor says this should cost $2,000. And he tied some wires in the basement - worth another $200. Total should be $2,200. He charged me $3,800. I paid this amount because when he walked through the house with me, he said, " I am going to charge a little more" , because you need more work then just upgrading your service. So, I thought that meant he was going to change some outlets and switches that needed updating. It was like a "bait & switch", because he gave the impression he was doing more work, but on the invoice, he only wrote up upgrading the service to the house, and tying loose wires in the basement.

They showed up & did a great job & I hired them to install led lights in my garage as well & that job was done perfectly as well.

Called day before scheduled appointment to confirm. Called day of appointment to let me know they were on their way. Explained everything in detail so that I understood what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed. Completed job in a timely manner.

I hired Cobalt to replace a laundry room light. Joe was so professional. He noticed that my electrical panel needed upgraded, so i was so impressed with him doing the laundry room light, i also hired him to do the panel. Can't say enough good things about Joe and his crew. Put my mind at ease, done a professional job, answered any questions I had which were quite a lot. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Always kept me informed about the job date, we had to reschedule because of the snow storm last week, but was excellent about calling me.They done the job this morning, here on time, done the work quickly, thought it would have taken longer. Cleaned up, thought i would have to repair the wall slightly where he installed new panel, but only tiny amount of touch-up had to be done around the panel. Very impressed with them. I have recommended him to a friend of mine, and have not doubt that i will use him in the future again. Great job would give him 10 stars if i could.

They were really professional and nice. They had my bathroom heater installed very quickly. They made sure to clean up any mess that was made during the install without me even asking.

Cobalt showed timely, and communicated their findings, before repairing. This repair was for a rental property. I would definitely use Cobalt again.
