Description of Work: They removed several tress. They trimmed other trees and cleaned out some shrubs. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: He doesn't show up when a time and day is given. It took quite some time. In the fall when I got the estimate I waited 3 weeks, stayed home 3 times and he never showed. I cancelled the service until the summer when a storm brought a large branch down. His estimate given in the fall was primarily based on heavy work in back yard. When he finally arrived he ended up taking a neighbors tree down and did not finish the heavy work in my back yard. He said he had no more time but he had time to do neighbors tree. I complained but he never returned. He made a "big boob" joke on the phone in response to me telling him I was getting hip replacement done in near future.I thought it was inappropriate. Unfortunately I paid him cash before the job was completed because he was leaving the property before the crew he left. Before he left I even went over what was to be finished in the back yard. At no time did he say it would require more money, as it was part of the original unwritten estimate. I tipped all of his crew 20$ each. My lesson learned is get estimate in writing, don't pay cash, and don't pay before job is 100% complete.

Description of Work: Cut down and removed large branches partially broken off from a bad wind storm that were in danger of breaking completely off and falling onto my house on in my neighbors years. They also removed the branches that had fallen from the trees during the storm and were lying all over my yard. |The company quickly returned my initial call and were able to come the next day. They were well-equipped, had an adequate number of skilled workers to do the job well and in reasonable time, and brought equipment that ground up the branches rather than simply pile them at my curb. The lead worker/supervisor/owner was very, very polite and took time to explain what they had done, as well as explained to me some other problems that they recommended addressing in the near future to avoid further damage to my trees and danger of other branches falling possibly onto my new roof. I also felt that they understood the composition, help, and needs of my trees and shrubs and were genuinely concerned about maintaining them appropriately. They were not just people who chop up trees. |They were GREAT, and I plan to use them during the summer.
