we were out of town when the work was done. Very professional company, had a written quote, work completed on schedule and very satisfactory quality. Would definitely use the company again.

Ted was there when he said he would be and completed the job on time. The thermostat that came with the unit was defective, but he came out the following day to replace it.

Urbano employees were prompt, efficient and trustworthy. My wife and I both work and unfortunately could not be at the house, but the employees did a great job in the house. After meeting them and letting them in on the initial day, I had the confidence that they would be good to use. They didn't mind my dog being out of the cage, and even played with him a bit upon first meeting him. All of the wiring that was done looks great, and definitely gives me the confidence of having a safe home.

Called them at 11 am, were here at 1pm. Friendly, professional, told me what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. Work was done in no time, Ted cleaned up everything and you never would have known he was there, FAST, friendly service, reasonable fee. I would use him again in a heartbeat,recommend him highly. The work was performed and completed professionally. During the initial quote, we were given a price, but told it would likely be lower, but it ended up being slightly more, which was disappointing.

I highly recommend this company. They came and gave us an estimate via email the next day. The guys who performed the work were very friendly and explained all the work they were doing and went over all outlet and light locations with us. They had trouble fishing wires in our old house but they didn't give up until they were successful. We our very happy with all the work preformed.

I've dealt with them over the years. I own a duplex property and I needed one service panel for myself and one for my tenant although my tenant's is a smaller panel than mine and it came to about $2600. They are professional, they show up on time, they don't overcharge, they are dependable, they are relatively local, and they are only a couple of miles from me.

Started off ok. didn't complete the job. when second tech came back to finish was EXTREMELY RUDE, threatening and unprofessional. LESSON LEARNED: I suggest never being ALONE when a tech comes. First Tech was nice. He fixed loose wall outlet, then replaced attic fan, however he changed the settings and quot;to save on my electrical billand quot; and now my attic is HOT. I also asked him to fix fluorescent ceiling light. Tech told me he didn't know if it was the bulb or the fixture that was broken. He removed old fixture and left wires exposed. So i was unable to get new bulb to see if that was the problem. Forcing a second house call. He told me to get new ones and they would come back out to install. Went to home depot and fixtures more expensive than he said. I got busy with work and didn't have chance to go back to home depot. I didn't pay bill because work was never completed. Made arrangements for them to come back. Second tech was rude as soon as he entered house. I OWN my own business and would NEVER EVER EVER speak to a client as rude as this man was. I've taken the train by myself at night..I DONand quot;T SPOOK EASY. I'm not a passive little tiny mouse to be intimidated, but when i'm thinking what's the closest weapon i could get to defend myself. There's a HUGE PROBLEM. He basically shouted at meand quot;what's the problem? why am i here?!!!and quot; i said i need to know if bulb or fixture broken. then he YELLED at me and quot;says on the comments: fixture needs to be replacedand quot;. I informed him first tech wasn't sure what was wrong. That's what i was told. him, and quot;Well the fixture is broken, needs to be replaced.and quot; me and quot;well why should i pay for a $50 fixture if its a $10 bulb?and quot; himand quot;well we can argue all day, what do you want me to do?and quot; me and quot;I need a light so Just install new fixture since their are loose wires hanging from my ceiling.and quot; I retreated to the kitchen and got my phone in case i had to call the police. I honestly did not feel safe. Unfortunately the fixture from home depot was broken. He showed me it looked somewhat used. I just wanted him out of my house so i handed him the check and he stormed out. I suspect the tech would not have dared speak to a man that way, regardless i will make sure i am NEVER home alone again when i have a service man come. Everyone has a bad day but there is NEVER an excuse to be that UNPROFESSIONAL.

I can't say enough about Nassau and their professionalism. My homeowners policy mandated that all knob and tube wiring had to be removed within 60 days of closing and moving into our new home. We scheduled Nassau two weeks ahead and they arrived at 7:45 a.m. day one and worked 8 hours every day for 5 days straight! Mike and Rob did all the work and they were extremely knowledgeable, polite, cleaned up after themselves, and even fished my high speed cable line up to a third floor office. In short, Nassau was one of the most pleasant contracting experiences we've ever had -- and, god knows, we've had plenty! Highly recommended. They'll be back to do additional work in coming months. Top notch, small local outfit that won our electrical business for years to come.

I had an appointment for 4:30 p.m. on 7/10/13. At ~5:15 p.m., I called the representative's cell phone number and he advised that he would be at my house ~6:00 p.m. Because I had another commitment at 6;30 p.m., I stated that he needed to arrive BY 6:00 p.m. He arrived ~6:10 p.m. - 1 hr., 40 min. late - and we walked through the house and discussed the work. Subsequently, when I didn't receive the promised estimate via e-mail, I e-mailed the company, four separate times., from 7/13 through 7/24, and received the following response on 7/24: and quot;Due to a change in our work schedule, we will be unable to provide you with an estimate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.and quot;

Great Service! They recently handled some wiring for a bathroom renovation. They arrived in a timely manner, finished the job quickly, and were very courteous. We intend to use them again to re-wire our entire home when we begin our addition renovation.

NEVER RETURNED NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS. TOO BUSY TO RESPOND TO A CUSTOMER WHO ASKED FOR A QUOTE ON INSTALLING CEILING FANS BUT SPENT OVER $2,000.00 IN ADDITIONAL WORK WITH AN ELECTRICIAN THAT CARED

I would use them again if I need electrical work performed. They were prompt, professional and the rates were reasonable you could not ask for anything better.

Nassau did an excellent job. They were professional and responsive from scheduling the estimate to completion. There was no damage to my walls from the knob and tube removal, very clean job. Final price came in under estimate. I have them scheduled to come back to repair some exterior electrical damage from Hurricane Sandy. Highly recommended.

Ted throughly assessed the entire home and clearly explained what had to be done, why it had to be done and how it should be done. He and/or his crew members were on time, fully prepared with all necessary materials and commenced their work thoroughly and efficiently.

this company went above and beyond in completing my job. I didn't have the right fixtures, so they went to the store and purchased the new ones and picked out items that worked well with the house. I appreciated the extra effort that the company showed.

They gave me a good estimate. The guy seemed knowledgeable which was good. Their price is good. I'm considering using them in the future.

NASSAU ran the lines without poking any holes in the ceiling / walls, and was very timely and professional with their work. The price was reasonable. I recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Their estimate was for $1300 for the work. They were fine. The owner of the company came out to do the estimate. I don’t think they really have a handful of people working there.

We are going to go with them. They were very quick to respond to our request to come out and do the estimate and also providing the estimate. They are really, really fast about that and very pleasant to work with. I don't see really any negative feedback I could possibly give.
