They were awful, rude and I will never have them in my house again. The person that usually comes to my house was not their anymore, and the replacement technician was awful.

A friend of mine put me in touch with Mike Schmidt when I asked, because I was looking for a trusted, local plumbing to look at some issues identified during the inspection of a house I wanted to buy. Mike called me within an hour of my asking my friend, to discuss my concerns, and then later that day, Len Schmidt called me to set up a time the very next morning to look at the house. Len was one of the most straightforward and honest people I've interacted with in the house-buying process. He did a thorough look at the plumbing and told me his recommendations for the house and the approximate price it would cost. He told me what could probably be held off for a few years, and what should really be done right away. He answered all of the questions I had, and addressed everyone of my concerns. I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise. Although I did not buy this particular house, when I DO find my dream house, I know that I have found a reliable, respectable plumbing business that I will unequivocally trust for any services that I need in the future. Before exploring new floors and paint, I wanted to get a professionals opinion on the shape of my existing heating system, which is hot water baseboard heat. I called C.Len Schmidt & Son as they are local and their reviews were great. I had a day off scheduled the following day and the office staff promised to accommodate that. The two workmen arrived promptly and listened to what I had to say. For the next hour, they looked inside, examined and tested my heating system fully. They also explained how flushing it is not a good idea as that adds air to the closed system and make it noisier, which I had heard was required. At the end of their visit, they (1) taught me a lot regarding my heating system and how it works (2) told me it was old but clean, quiet and functioning very efficiently and (3) made no attempt to sell me extras (ie new systems, contracts etc). They were professional and thorough. I would call them again should any problems arise. Pricing was not a bargain, but it was a normal amount for a home visit.

Excellent Work. Cleaned up work done by a different company previously - Drain and Wall connection seal issue. Was clogged, detaching and seal-leaking. They did a great and efficient job fixing it quickly and without great expense. Looks and works great now.

Awesome! It is fair to say that some of their competitors said "no thank you" to this job. We had used "The Schmidt's" for some mminor plumbing repairs prior to bringing them in for this job. While they are not the cheapest priced, the quality of the work is well worth the extra money The bathroom came out excellent. In the six years since they did the work we have only had to do two minor repairs: replace the ring that stops the toilet from running (the toilet that they installed did not have a flopper, it has some other contraption with a rubber ring that needs to be replaced), and we needed to replace the rubber piece at the bottom of the shower door. We use the bathroom every day and the quality of the workmanship has held up well.We have brought them back to do some other plumbing repairs elsewhere in the house which were smaller jobs and handled with the same professionalism. They also did a major bathroom renovation for my sister after she saw the job that they did at my house. The custom built shower that we have is great!

all went well; everything works as expected. Drain tie in from disposer to sink had to be re-secured after 8 months but was fixed under warranty.

They are consistently the best. They are understanding and work with you to find the best solution for your situation. They explain the work before and after the job.

Arrived on time and work was done efficiently and professionally. I could not be more pleased. The sump pump drainage was rerouted to the yard and you would never know that any digging occured. Everything was intact and nothing out of place. The new sump pump was tested and it worked the way it should. I would highly recommend C Len Schmidt and Son, Inc.

Plumber was efficient and punctual. Price seemed high given it took only a few minutes to fix the issue.

Not only did they do the work I needed done, but they checked my whole system and found a small gas leak I had been unaware of.
