Synergy responded to my request the next day, and promptly provided a detailed written proposal. Work started on time, and finished on schedule. Synergy did a great job, actually doing more than I requested, repairing a number of things I didn't expect them to. All work was done in a very professional manner. All materials were cleaned up when the work was complete. I have more work that needs to be done, and will definitely call Synergy when I'm ready.

Great service, Mark and his crew were very responsive with communications and delivered on the work as promised. The contractors always left the worksite clean and provided some estimates for future projects such as exterior pressure washing/painting + kitchen tile rehab. Will definitely hire for future projects!

I called and left a voicemail and that evening got a return call and setup a visit the house and get measurements of all the rooms. Mark was very professional, on-time, and provided an estimate within 2 days, even though it was the weekend. Once we received the estimate, Mark was very helpful in assisting us in the quality of paint to purchase, as well as the quantities. Awesome! The workers arrived everyday (on-time), and take the time each day to clean up. The entire job took 4 days to complete. Their work is exceptional, the pricing is very reasonable, and their service is supurb. It looks like a brand new house. You can read reviews all day, and ultimately you want someone you can trust that is reasonable and reliable. Save your time, and go with Synergy without any hesitation. They understand the importance of customer service and deliver.

Maryan was on time to provide the estimate. Estimate was provided the next day. The workers showed up on time and were very polite and professional. They worked very carefully and cleaned up well after the job was completed. The finished job was perfect, and there were no hidden costs. We paid exactly what Maryan estimated.

Workmanship was excellent and we were beyond happy with the final outcome! This is the second time we have used Maryan and his crew and we definitely plan on using them again for other projects. They are always on time, neat, organized, polite, and professional.

The workers installed new Sheetrock, taped, sanded, speckled multiple times. We painted, and it was a breeze to finish the standing, prime and paint. Only downside is now the rest of the ceiling pales in comparison. Great job and would use them again. It's a messy job and they left things well covered and cleaned when they left.

They were very professional. Work was completed on time and to perfection. Painting can be a sloppy job, but they were so careful and clean. We would not hesitate to hire them again in the future!

Spoke with Maryan on the phone for an estimate. He showed up on time to look at the job and an estimate was provided the next day. His men showed up on time and completed the job in 1 day. Work was done in a professional manner and looks great. They left the bathroom and the adjacent area cleaner then when they showed up. No dust was left behind.

Very satisfied with the results of both the drywall repair and painting. I was very concerned with blending the new drywall repair with the old drywall and I was pleasantly surprised - looks great, even better than the original drywall before it had to be replaced. The supplier was very easy to work with, responsive, on time and neat - cleaned up very well. We would consider using 1 Royal painting again for either drywall installation or painting.

Very responsive. The crew is extremely professional and helpful. They clean up after themselves each day and do top quality work. Maryan is very nice guy to work with. He will give you a prompt estimate and stick to it with no surprises. The work is very good, we will use them again and recommend to friends. Don't hesitate to use these guys.

Second time we utilized painting service. The service provided was excellent as before. My only comment would be that I would not use the prepaid service. The quality of work depends on the estimate provided and agreement to complete that service in designated time with excellence. 1 Royal Painting is exemplary in quoting and completing the job on time with the highest quality. The prepaid option may be useful for first time customers trying out the service but that is what Angies List is for.

Remodeled my old popcorn ceiling and painted. The crew at Royal Painting was hardworking and pleasant to work with and they worked around my schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your remodeling project. Great experience overall and hope to work with them again in the future.

Maryan and his team were great. The job was done quickly and with high quality results. The crew was always on time, and very hard working and dedicated. They even went above and beyond with helping to fix some spackling where needed after we removed a comms system throughout the house before they painted. After each room was finished they were quick to clean up and did a quick mop of floors to remove paint dust, etc. Given the amount of work, and the final results, I definitely think we got a value for what we paid. I would recommend and definitely will be using again if we decide to paint any of the other rooms in our house.

The job was done quickly and everything looks great. Maryan was very responsive and his crew vacuumed up all of the dust and left the area clean. I will definitely be reaching out to 1 Royal Painting for any future drywall/painting work.

Maryan showed up when he said he would for both the estimate and work days. He and his workers patched and painted our great room beautifully. It actually looks better than it did when it was first built. I will definitely use this company again and have already recommended it to friends.

This is a very professional and friendly company. Maryan was our contact person throughout the process, and he was very helpful and communicated well. His staff of painters were also friendly and professional. While we are not extremely happy about some of the color choices we made, that is not the fault of 1 Royal Painting. They were very accommodating of fitting their work into our tight schedule, and finished quickly, while doing a great job. They also performed a last minute request to paint our bathroom and remove towel rods (for a fair price). Maryan also helped with some advice on some painting/touch-ups of small areas of my kitchen that I plan on doing myself. I would highly recommend 1 Royal Painting for anyone who needs interior painting done in their house.

Maryan (the main guy) was very professional and to the point but not rude or pushy. He came, took some measurements and spoke to me about the job. Was very clear and understood right away what was needed. The job spanned 3 days but the bulk of the work was the first day. One thing i have to say is his guys were SUPER clean. Always cleaned up after themselves. Maryan came everyday and even did some of the major work himself. They covered all my furniture and took all accessories i missed down and set it aside to avoid getting covered in drywall dust. Workers were super polite and asked me if they could cut tile outside and to use the water hose. They were always working and their breaks were relatively short, half the time i didn't even see them take a break. Everyday they showed me their work and progress. Maryan spoke to me about the time frame needed and they sanded everything perfectly. The drywall was completely up the by the first day and they focused on taping, Spackling and finishing. The stuff didn't quite dry (a problem for my house is poor circulation) but they just waited till the third day to sand. I barely heard them do that and i am assuming they did that by hand. The two walls that were done are a corner that you could see as you come downstairs and was super straight and perfect. The ceilings were perfect. Did i say perfect. There is definitely pride in their work. Oh wait the tile!! Guess... Perfect. Super straight and the grout was perfect as well. Gave my crappy half bath more pizzazz. It already looks better then my bathroom upstairs. I think they should change their company name because this job required no painting and they hit home-runs everywhere. They were on time everyday and super professional and did a great job. I am already recommending them to my co-workers and a contractor friend who saw their work at my house. You wont regret using these guys. Maryan is super professional and knows his stuff. Always communicated with me and was up front. There was a minor issue with the ring under the toilet and he offered to replace it to keep the job moving instead of slowing the progress. Only charged for the parts which is really not much. Again great work, high quality and Maryan represented 1 Royal Painting LLC well.

Work was impeccable. Project started and finished on time. Owner checked all work to make sure we were totally satisfied. Work was scheduled to minimize inconvenience. Entire team took pride in their work.

I would definitely recommend 1 Royal Painting to others. The painters worked quickly and did a great job painting and cleaning up the hallway. Maryan also followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the work.

Maryan quickly scheduled a visit to estimate the price of the job. He arrived promptly at the appointed time and was very professional. The estimate was very reasonable and did not change later (except for the additional items added after the estimate). I appreciated hearing from the company prior to my scheduled visit. The crew arrived right on time. They began the job performing the wall repair. They worked quietly and efficiently. Very polite and professional. I had large delivery for an install project the next week and the crew quickly moved equipment without complaint to accommodate this unexpected interruption. Also, I thought of some additional work - repair on a couple of doors and on a ceiling - which was quickly attended to at a very fair price. The work was made a little more labor intensive because at least 10 different colors of paint were used. All of the areas that they repaired and/or painted look very good. They also cleared away some material in the garage - wood, etc. They vacuumed and cleaned up all of the dust at the end and left before 5:00. I'm very pleased with the work and definitely recommend 1 Royal Paining.

In short, this was the best experience I have had with any contractor. I liked Maryan and he kept me in the loop the entire time. There were people in the house during the work which I always try to do. The work came out great and I will definitely use them again for other rooms in the house.

They were fantastic from start to finish. Very responsive, timely, neat and the painting itself was absolutely fabulous. Hope to use them again soon for another painting project!

During the estimate Maryan helped answer all questions we had, while ensuring us that they would take care of everything. He was completely right. Maryan, ended up with a cancellation, and was able to get in to work 3 weeks earlier than initially stated. He told me they would be there by 8 in the morning, they arrived early and ready to work by 7:30. Got to work right away, with sanding and prepping the walls. There was a lot of patching, and spackling that needed to be done. They were quick and efficient through the entire process. Final product looks great, it feels like we are in a brand new house. My wife thinks the area they worked in might be cleaner than when they started. We will definitely be using them again.
