Description of Work: My neighbor recommended 1-Royal Painting after finding them on Angie's list. I have never been happier with any painter before. My husband is usually the painter in the house but with his job he just can't find the time anymore. My husband is very critical and could not find any fault in their work. He looked everywhere. We painted our family room and a small bedroom and they were able to complete it 8 hours. They were so professional. They were so neat and were very proud of their work and they should be it was great! They patched, speckled and painted to perfection. Their cut in between ceiling & wall was unbelievable. I would highly recommend them. My husband who usually does not want to pay for these house projects said we'll have them come back to do our bedroom. I don't think there is a better compliment for a contractor than repeat work. Thanks Angie's list for the referral & thanks 1 Royal Painting for a job well done!

Description of Work: Taped, spackled and painted the garage ceiling. It is an oversized 2 car garage. They finished on time, cleaned up and were very pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: The contractor gave us estimate for the painting project we need to be done on May 10. Unfortunately the estimate is much more than we ca afford right now. Accordingly, we decided to defer this project at a later date.

There is not one minor detail that I could say against this company. We left them alone in the house the second day. Completely trustworthy and the work was excellent and professional in every aspect.

Description of Work: Maryan and his crew painted almost the entire interior of my home. |I purchased the paints and told him which room was to be painted what colors and he took over from there. The downstairs needed a second coat so Maryan put together an estimate quickly and completed the work without adding any extra days to the job. They were on-time, courteous, and worked quickly. I would definitely hire 1 Royal Painting again should I need work done in the future.
