The job went very well. Communication was easy and I was always kept in the loop. They had an unexpected situation that left them down 1 person on the crew so the job did run a little longer than expected but they were very upfront about it and it was no problem. Did a great job painting our basement and small half bathroom. It was a great surprise that they were able to do some drywall repair as well as the wood work they did for the baseboard. I had a very positive experience and would recommend them again.

Maryan and Alex did a great job. The quality of their work was very good, and when I noted a few very small dings in the stairwell that remained they were great about fixing them to make sure I was completely satisfied. Overall very good work, and great to work with them.

They did a great job. Room and stairwell has molding around ceiling and floor. Trim was well done. He purchased paint for us at contractor rate. Very happy with job.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Maryan is a great guy--he responded to my inquiry right away and came over to do an estimate within a couple of days. The walls in my bathroom were just terrible--cracked plaster, layers of peeling paint, sections of wallpaper and wallpaper residue, many old anchors and screws, and Maryan made them look new and beautiful. I had a couple of painting companies not reply after they saw photos and one guy who came for an estimate and then said he didn't want to do the bathroom, so I was very happy to have it fixed and painted. The company is professional, cleaned up after the work and left everything spotless. The work was done quickly and beautifully. I would not hesitate to call Maryan again to do any additional work. It was completely worth it and I'm very pleased with the results.

Maryan has done an outstanding job painting several rooms throughout our home. His attention to detail is superb. From wall prep and repair to working around moldings, windows and floors, Maryan and his crew are perfect. He is punctual with estimates and on time for the job. We have used him for several projects and will continue to use him in the future.

Maryan repaired several holes in walls and ceilings. His attention to detail was very apparent. Taping and sanding the areas were prefect and they cannot be seen after paint.

Maryan and his assistant did a great job! Very professional. Responded to initial phone call for an estimate very promptly and came within a few days. Work was scheduled for a few weeks later. My house looks wonderful! Great attention to detail. The week they were at my house I unexpectedly found myself with a corner of my kitchen ceiling in need of drywall. Maryan did the repair for a nominal fee. He also installed a few new bathroom fixtures for me (towel bars and toilet paper holders).

Maryan and his assistant did a wonderful job. They took their time doing the prep work and repaired our crown moulding prior to painting. They did 2 coats on the walls, a coat on the ceiling/trim and 1 primer and 2 coats on the doors. They were done in 2 1/2 days and left everything as they found it. My husband and I are very happy with the results.

They did a pretty good job and I didn't have any issues, so I would use them again. The end result is looks very nice. I provided the paint and they finished in a day. I would recommend them!

Everything went very smoothly. They arrived on the scheduled date, completed all work quickly, and cleaned up. The work they performed was high quality, and they appropriately cleaned surfaces before, and moved furniture back into place when finished.

Loved Maryan and his team. From the first estimate to the final touches, Maryan handled painting our house with professionalism and precision. We were under a time constraint to paint and move in, and he was very cognizant of making the deadline, without compromising the detail. The rooms looked gorgeous as we added our furniture. And now that we are moved in, we have more painting in the basement and outside, and Maryan is absolutely our first call!

They did a great job with the painting. It did take several weeks before they were able to come to our house and he had to cancel an initial appointment the day before he was scheduled to come because of an injury. Overall I was satisfied with the service and work completed.

Maryan and his team were fantastic! They removed wallpaper in and painted our foyer and also painted the kitchen. Very neat and thorough! Maryan was very flexible with scheduling and was able to accomodate our needs. Pricing was very reasonable with no surprises. It's great to see someone that still takes pride in their work. I am very pleased with the work Marian and the crew have done. I contracted them to paint my living room, dinning room, office and a hallway. I called several paint contractors to get estimates. 1 Royal Painting came in very reasonable and available when I needed them. They have done a great job. They worked daily to get the job done and Marian came onsite every day to ensure the job is going well. Everything looks crisp and professional. Any touch ups that I requested were addressed happily and quickly. I would highly recommend 1 Royal Painting for your paint needs.

Provider contacted us promptly. They came and gave us an estimate. They arrived on the day that we scheduled on time and proceeded to prepare the two rooms. They spackle, taped, and painted two rooms. They were extremely efficient and left the rooms clean. They were deliberate in ensuring that all the holes in the wall were spackled. They also fixed a large crack on an exterior wall before they painted. They are extremely polite and very amicable. I would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.
