maryan could not be more professional he met me early one morning to do the estimate to accommodate my busy schedule he sent the estimate by the next morning which was both affordable and easy to understand we decided on a date after he made professional recommendations that were spot on for both paint colors and a brand with healthier options for the small space he would be painting. I left a key for Maryan each day and returned home with no issues or problems...it was so great to not have to be there while the job was going on .... he showed up with all the necessary tools which he kept neatly in a pile at the end of the day as to not disrupt my home Maryan finished in 3 days ...The job was completed beautifully and I couldn't have asked for a more trustworthy professional. Maryan was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and was able to move up my painting appointment when an opening arose in his schedule. He purchased the paint on my behalf. The team was timely, pleasant, and professional. They carefully moved all furniture and covered it in plastic. They also removed all electrical face plates and door hardware and replaced it as it was previously. The painting is beautiful. All wall imperfections were corrected with spackling and they now look flawless. All trim lines and edges are sharp and I have found no blemishes. The final cost was actually less expensive than the initial estimate because he did not require as much paint as he initially thought. I appreciated Maryan's honesty with that. I will definitely be calling them when I'm ready to paint the rest of the house!

Maryan and his team showed up as expected. The team's work was very neat. They covered and/or moved the furniture, put up plastic sheeting to isolate each room, vacuumed when done and returned the larger pieces of furniture to their original place. The place looks great. The ceiling lines where the color changes are straight and sharp. There was no over splash on the wood trim. I was very happy with the service and will be contacting him again when I'm ready to repaint the remaining rooms in the house.

It was great. They moved all the stuff out of the garage, took down the blinds, and covered the floor completely. They applied primer, 2 coats of paint,did the ceiling in white, caulked and spackled the many holes in the woodwork and walls, and painted the woodwork, a;; in 2 days. It is a very large space with about 15 foot high walls. After completing the job, everything was cleaned up and the garage contents returned. Maryan is a professional, and this is the third project for which we have hired him. I'm sure he will be back for a fourth.

Maryan was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. It took two workers two days to complete the job. Maryan wasn't there because he was finishing another job but his men were great. They even took off all the hardware before painting and mopped the floor after.

They were FANTASIC. They arrived early and when straight to work painting and spackling. When they were done they cleaned up any mess that was there, you would never have know they were there. Thank you for a great job.

Maryan and his team did some wallpaper removal and painting for me last summer and the results were fantastic. So we chose them again to do the additional work around the house. We expected the same high quality as before and were not disappointed. The master bedroom was a challenge with wallpaper removal and existing textured faux paint. The team took their time to make sure all the wallpaper was removed completely and sanded down all the textured paint to have a proper base to paint. The hallway and cathedral walls in the family room were done with the same meticulousness. It's great to see that there are still people who take pride in their craft. Don't hesitate to calll Marayan and his team for any painting you need done!

I initially called 1 Royal Painting based on their Angie's List reviews. Maryan came to my house promptly for an estimate. I can be quite a perfectionist, but Maryan assured me several times, "You do not need to worry about quality. We will do a good job." Well, he was definitely right about that! After estimates from other companies, I ended up hiring 1 Royal Painting based on price and Angie's List reviews. Maryan was very easy to schedule for the project. I didn't want my daughter to be in the house while her room was being painted, so Maryan prioritized her room. It was completed in a day and half, and she was back to sleeping in her room on day 2. Maryan and his team were incredibly professional, neat and thorough. I could not be happier with the customer service and the beautiful painting job they did! I will absolutely hire them again for my next project.

We highly recommend 1 Royal Painting. Maryan and his helpers did an excellent job repairing our damaged drywall, taping and spackling cracks, sanding, and painting the ceilings, trim and walls of our living room and dining room. They were professional, careful, neat, and very conscientious. After they finished painting, they cleaned up and even vacuumed before moving the furniture back. We would definitely use them again.

We are very happy with the work that 1 Royal Painting did in our home. We received well priced estimates for the work and the work done exceeded our expectations. Maryan and his team arrived promplety each of the 3 mornings to complete the job and finished the work they had told me they would complete each day. All rooms were spackled and primed prior to painting per the estimate and all dust and supplies were cleaned up upon leaving. Before the team left each day, they put all the furitnure back and Maryon would walk me around to inspect. They were also very friendly to our nosiey dog! Easy to schedule. Came on time. Neat and clean. did a careful job, removing damaged drywall in three small (24-36") areas in the home. Replaced, taped, sanded. Did a careful and non-rushed job.

I contacted them initially for a quote for drywall and ceiling repair and wall prep, and then decided to ask about painting as well. We used them for 5 rooms and hallways. Very fair price quote was provided. One room has very high ceilings and another has a pool table, and the crew took exceptional care of everything. Very polite, prompt, and professional services. I bought the special and these guys did such an excellent job repairing a wall which was broken when a plumber had to access pipes and also separately removing a plaster section of wall, replacing with drywall, and skim coating that wall. These guys dry walled and spackled so neatly and smoothly that I had them stay longer and paid extra for their time on other similar projects. Their work requires minimal sanding afterwards. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

They patched parts of dywall that were removed by a plumber who needed access to the pipes. They spackled and painted the new drywall pieces to blend with the exisiting drywall. They also painted parts of ceilings and walls to match the existing paint. They were clean and neat.

We found Maryan Shutko and his crew to be professional, accomplished and friendly. His system for estimating is detailed, any updates are done promptly through email. He was flexible and accommodating to our calendar. (He made sure our living and dining rooms were done in time for Christmas Eve). We were impressed with how much care was taken with prep work. It meant that once the paint was on, the surface was smooth and perfect. Good craftsmanship is a source of pride for all of them. Any pieces of furniture that needed to be moved was done by the crew and replaced when the room was finished. While his prices could be said to be at the high end of the scale, with 1 Royal Painting, you get what you pay for!

In one word *amazing*. The expertise and care taken to prepare the paint surfaces was very professional. The time taken for a close to perfect job was done. The response time and performance time was most accommodating. The painting was artful. The results were not just beautifully painted rooms but art. I will use this company again and encourage my friends to do so as well. You will never be disappointed. We moved most of the furniture but the pieces left were working around. There were ceiling heights that were daunting yet they handled it with ease. All the hardware in the areas painted were removed and replaced exactly as was. We had quite a bit on patching and sanding. This was done meticulously-everything was cleaned. An estimate for paint required was right on and although they offered to purchase at a discount, we chose to purchase the paint directly and received the same discount. The paint recommended was not the one I would have chosen but in retrospect, turned out to be the best paint ever. Benjamin Moore, slightly more expensive but worth it.
