+ -1 moreA confirmation email was sent prior to both of the two appointments and "George" arrived on time for both dates. He was very personable, knowledgeable and and professional. He got right to work assessing the problem and what the solution was and notified me again by email that the part was to be received the next day.
Description of Work: Evaluated and replaced defrosting thermostat and timer for my 10 yr old fridge.
