Description of Work: Ron removed and replaced my front porch. The old porch had deteriorated and was unsafe. Ron recommended a total rebuild, using bluestone as the primary material. | |The work was completed on time and the new porch is simply beautiful. Kudos to Ron and his helper for an excellent job!

Description of Work: Ron and a partner replaced a set of 60 yr old red brick steps with a 6 step bluestone covered set of steps on cement block structure together with an approx 3 ft wide by 12 ft concrete walkway approaching the steps. This work was actually done approx Nov 1 2011 and has held up well thus far. We selected Ron based on reputation and a similar good job on a neighbor house across the street several years earlier.

+ 0 moreRon did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and got right to work. To complicate the matter, we had a lightning rod attached to the chimney as well as solar panels on one side of the roof. He was able to remove the rod and took care to cover some of the panels to protect them. This was a difficult job because he needed to haul all the supplies, including concrete blocks, up to the roof. He was pleasant throughout the entire process and answered all our questions. The job was finished in one day.
Description of Work: Replaced 45 year old chimney that had deep cracks.

Description of Work: Replace brick front steps to residence. New steps of cinder block with bluestone edges. Also replace 10 fool concrete slab walkway. Haul away all debris.
