I had trouble from the beginning. The blinds would not close properly. You would have to turn them first one way and then the other to get them to almost close. You had to very gently press them so they would stay closed. The wands had to be replaced and one blind had to have the mechanical parts replaced. I emailed the company and they assured me they did not get emails like mine. Offered to issue a work order, but I wanted my money returned. The blinds were only in my house from February 2009 until December 2009. I have never had so many problems with any product. They cut off correspondence with me. I filed a complaint with NJ BBB, they ignored them so they closed the file. I ended up paying another $180.00 to get those blinds replaced. That is $660.00 for 4 blinds. The company website assures you they will stand behind the product.......not true.
Description of Work: I purchased 2" faux wood routless blinds from Strickland's...brand name Prestige Blinds. 3 blinds for bedroom and 1 for bathroom.
