+ -1 moreI emailed the company at 10:00 pm Sunday evening and was shocked to receive a response back (from an actual person - not a computer generated email) within minutes. They provided a timely estimate and made, delivered and installed the custom railings right on time and for the exact price of the estimate. The owner was very personable and the railings and installation look fantastic. I was very happy with their service.
Description of Work: I needed two custom railings made for my front porch. I had a limited time line in which I needed to get it done.

+ -1 moreAfter a week we called to see if the doors were ready and they said they were backed up on other jobs and said next week. The next week the doors weren't ready and by phone again told the end of the following week. The employee said he had spoken to a friend who did the same work and he was charging $100 more for the same job. Went back again today nine days later, the doors weren't ready. My husband got into an argument with him and took the doors back untouched after more than 3 weeks. If they didn't want to do the job they simply should have said so in the beginning. It was a big inconvenience.
Description of Work: I had just purchased new Bilco doors and I wanted to have them powdered coated. My husband stopped in and they gave him a price. The doors were dropped off that same day and they said they would be done in about a week.

Description of Work: Very nice guy came out same day to measure for outdoor hand rail. Seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Told us price (said same for either alum or steel), printed out estimate in truck. Thought it was high already & then we saw he added sales tax! Should be NO sales tax on home improvements. Super nice guy though needs to adjust price to be competitive.
