Description of Work: Analysis of current filtration system with recommendations. While here they also tested the water which is what the $49 cost was for. The analysis and recommendations were no cost. Professional and knowledgeable. I will be requesting them to come back for Heat/AC maintenance.

+ -1 moreMisdiagnosed our current water softener. He told us it was not working and quoted us for a replacement for $1,750. We recently moved into our 12 year old home and not familiar with our water softener. After his visit I downloaded the manual of our Kenmore softener and diagnosed it myself. I observed over a couple weeks to make sure it was working. Well, it is working just fine. I will include that I also had the water tested and everything was to par (he tested water right in front of me and told me we had hard water - was he incorrect). Would not use in future. Difficult to find honest people. Have used Schaible's in the past for various things and will continue to use them for their honesty, although a little pricey.

+ -1 moreI called High-Def Water because our neutralizer needed to be serviced. Mike had been to our house before and installed a water softener. He came out and serviced both our water softener and our neutralizer, as well as filled our neutralizer with media. He was here on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, and did a great job. Professional and courteous.

+ -1 moreMike came out and tested our well water. He determined (like others) that we would benefit from a water softener. We had talked a few times previously over the phone about options. We decided to buy a softener and he was able to install the same day of the testing. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone needing water filtration services.Since then, our water issues have decreased dramatically. Sinks and toilets are cleaner, clothes smell nicer, soap works better, and no more scaling on our appliances.
Description of Work: Water testing, Water Softener delivery, installation, and set-up, Salt delivery, Brine tank fill.
