+ -1 moreKevin and his team were one of the most thorough, comprehensive, and thoughtful home inspectors that I have used in the past 10 years of my real estate career. He is great with first time homebuyers and was extremely thoughtful in addressing buyers concerns when they have so many questions in purchasing a house. In a business where I have encountered home inspectors that terrify buyers about specific issues with home inspections and relays the issues to them in a very delicate, articulate manner by keeping them at ease. In addition he is extremely knowledgeable about home in general. I was so impressed with him,, we used him when purchasing our house. We could not recommend Kevin more for your home inspection needs!

I appreciated the owner, Kevin O'Neill being readily available for any of my follow up questions. My husband and I highly recommend Four Dogs Inspections!

His ability to answer most any question, as well as his patience with our rather insistent questioning was unbelievable! Highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get a fair and extensive evaluation of their home!
