Drum Pest Control

I sign a contract with them so they would come out and do a preventative treatment every quarter, I paid for four of the treatments, for $374.50. I got one of the treatments preformed without any issues the second one which was scheduled for January was delayed by the service provider. I am calling now to try to get the reset scheduled and all the contact information I have seems to be disconnected.

"Stephen" called his MOTHER because -- to quote what he told me "There are two things I hate: bees and heights." Your "well trained technician" exterminated the nest by saturating it FROM THE GROUND with a liquid (which is readily available at Lowes) instead of climbing up and dusting the nest (as is the proper procedure that a truly LICENSED exterminator would have followed). Admit it Joe, you sent a college Junior who even said he was an intern (want to know where he went to school?? He told me that too). And YOU told me you would leave the nest up for 30 days and THEN remove it (once it went dormant). By the time you got here to take the nest down birds were digging at it and my roof. By the way, I can scan and send YOUR invoice which actually stated on it that removal was included... and anyone who messages me on this list privately will be supplied with same. I wasn't even at the house when you arrived -- remember, i was on my way out?? Perhaps you need to get your facts straight before blasting customers. The DEP has been notified... you're welcome. Oh, and calling your customers "delusional" will probably do little to get you more business. So, good luck with that.

Joe was professional and knowledgeable. He did a good job and communicated well. I plan to use him again for future treatments as the need arises and I recommend him.

Joe was very friendly, professional and punctual! He called because he had finished early with another job and was able to be at my house an hour earlier. Joe was also able to fit me in on very short notice with a Saturday appointment (I had called Friday Morning). He was knowledgeable and his price was very reasonable. I got a 90 day guarantee on the work- I could have paid more for 6 months, but decided against it. I gave Drum Pest Control all A's but left Quality as N/A for now only because he was just here today and I'll have to wait a few more weeks to make sure that the poison did it's job! I have no doubt that in a few weeks when the Ants are dead that I will be able to revise this review to give Drum Pest Control an A for quality as well.

I was in a bind closing on my house. Mortgage company required a wood destroying insect treatment for carpenter ants. Based on a referral I called Drum Pest Control. The young lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I told her my situation and she said that she would move some commercial services so that someone would be able to come out the next day. Service technician Joe came out to do the treatment. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a genuine nice guy. He serviced the basement where the evidence was found and the exterior. Drum Pest control provided me a letter that I needed plus a 1 year warranty which is what was required by the mortgage company. I was very happy with the service. I highly recommend them.

Joe went to my property for two weeks and placed two traps on either side of my front step. Each day he would come back to check traps. My initial concerns were groundhogs because they made a mess of my landscapping. The groundhogs made two tunnels to get in/out from under the steps. Joe finally trapped and relocated, groundhogs, raccoons, skunks and finally opossum. Joe was professionally and kept me informed via pictures through my cellphone of what he removed. I would definitely use Drum Pest Control!

Great guy, very professional, ants have not returned since the treatment. I liked him enough to purchase a maintenance contract which covers many different bugs. He has sent an email to schedule a service as part of the agreement, when I didn't reply I received a followup phone call. Awesome customer service!

I received a call back within an hour of contacting Joe. He was able to go to my home (I was at work when I spoke with him), and take care of the nest that very afternoon. He called to let me know the deed was done shortly thereafter :-) He was respectful, professional, and understood the urgency- the bees had set up shop on the back of my house near the faucet and perilously close to where I would be going by with the tractor mower. Not good!!! I will be contacting him again (there are these mice how think they should winter over with me...)and would recommend him without hesitation.

June: Punctual, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, unobtrusive. Like him so much signed up for monthly pest control for the summer - quarterly for the winter. Sprayed and set traps in and around house and barn and patio, killed off yellow jacket nest on garage. Sprinkled non-toxic stuff to keep bugs out of house. November: It's now getting cold outside - when the field mice usually move indoors - and this year so far no signs of mice. YAY!!! Proactive pest control so far seems to be working.

Showed up right on time, sprayed for pests as instructed, no problems at all.

I contacted Drum Pest Control on a Saturday and left a message, Joe returned the call right away and we set up an appointment for the following Monday. Unfortunately, it rained so he came on Tuesday on time. He treated the affected area plus sprayed around the exterior. He fee was very reasonable and he was professional. I was told if within 2 weeks I still saw the bees to call him back. Plus, there is a 90 day warranty. I know the bees will be back again next year and I will call Joe again. I was very pleased.

I had a bunch of what I thought were ants swarming in my kitchen. A friend of mine referred me to Drum Pest Control. I gave them a call, Joe came out that afternoon to take a look. Joe explained to me that they were not actually ants but termites swarming and showed me some pictures on his phone the difference between the two. Joe thoroughly explained to me what termites do, why they swarm and the different ways that we could take care of the termite issue. I opted for the baiting system because it does not use as much chemicals as a barrier treatment would. Joe couldn't install that day because he had to call the utilities companies to mark out any possible underground utility lines. He came back later that week to install the termite baiting system, which is the same termite baiting system that the big name companies use. He checks all the stations every quarter and replaces them if they get damaged or water logged. I'm very happy choosing Drum Pest Control. I feel that I'm getting top notch service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend that you consider Drum Pest Control when looking for pest control services.

I called and spoke to Joe about an estimate of getting rid of a wasp's nest. He told me that it was likely a bald-faced hornet's nest based on my description and that removal wasn't the first course of action. He also directed me to his website which has a lot of information on them. I decided to go with Drum Pest Control, told Joe to come out. He had truck difficulties, but still made it out the same day it was scheduled to be completed. He treated the nest, gave me all the information I needed, Instructed me to call back in a few days and if it was still active he would come back out, no charge, and retreat. He was here for about an hour, I think, and treated the nest several times. The treatment worked, and my husband removed the dead nest a couple weeks later, though it could have been done sooner than that.

Great!! I called Joe on Tuesday and he had the treatment completed on Wednesday. The appropriate paperwork was emailed to me Wednesday afternoon. I recommended Joe to my realtor.

Thoroughly explained types of pests we had based on physical and verbal evidence. Sprayed for local pests and placed mouse traps in a few areas around the home.

Drum Pest Control gave me an accurate quote and was punctual. They treated the bees and explained that it might take 2 weeks for them all to die. most we killed right away, but after 3 weeks a few remained . I called Drum Pest Control and told them that a few remaind, and they came back that same day and retreated at no charge. Overall I am happy and would recommend them
