From helping me to choose the correct fabrics and shades, to installation, the project could not have gone more smoothly.  + -1 moreThey were excellent. It went very well. Mr. Ziegler was charming. He was a very good salesman because I had others in who were not as good and who I asked for the same product so it was a fair test. He was only a few dollars cheaper so the money wasn't involved there but he composed himself in a very gentlemanly fashion. He was very nice, good, saw what my desire was and it was an overall very good experience with him and when he came to install, he came with his son and son-in-law. They were very efficient. They were clean. They were neat and knew what they were doing and instructed me how to use the curtains, how to open them because it's like the curtain-blind type of thing and it was a very nice experience. He was fair about pricing. He told me about a reimbursement which the others didn't tell me about. It was a product reimbursement that I could send in. It's Hunter Douglas so I'm assuming that the quality of the product is good. He told me that they also clean the window treatments so when I'm ready for that, I will be calling him back.
Description of Work: For window treatment, I just had Ziegler and Sons. I had Hunter Douglas Luminette put in. It was for two large windows and one small window.
