+ -1 moreThe service who took the messages disconnected our call. Tried again and was told "HOLD PLEASE" when i made a sighing sound I got Mam how can i help you... told my situation. Tried two more times to get specialist to call and it's almost a week later and no one returned our call.
Description of Work: Called themt three times and they never returned our call.

+ -1 moreThat Friday had the insulation removed and the crawl space cleaned and no kidding the next morning we noticed a big differance. My house always seemed to have a musty FUNKY smell, now my house smells clean and I no longer put a ton of room air fresheners all over. I had friends over this weekend and they even mention what a difference they noticed. I'm just glad the crawl space is located in a small section of the basement and that because the basement always smelled funky we hardly ever used it. The mold could have seriously caused permanent harm to us. Now that the basement is liveable we are planning on remodeling it into a big family room and my husband is planing on using some of it to make his own man cave. FYI... I tried to contact the remediation company we used and they are no longer in bussiness. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT THE SAFE HOME COMPANY!!!!
Description of Work: We live in a flood zone and have had health issues since we flooded a few years ago. We never knew that the remediation company we used did not change the insulation in the crawl space. The isulation was covered in mold and since the removal and after following all their recommendations, my daughter is off her inhaler and we are not taking allergy pills. Originally I thought $250.00 was alot for an assessment of my home. Wow! I was so wrong, I wish i had called them a year ago when I saw there advertisement in a magazine.
