Well, they came on three different occasions within three weeks time. My bedbug issue has been resolved. I really didn't have to throw much out. They are really knowledgeable in the pest control industry. They gave me some tips on how to avoid the spreading of certain insects and how to isolate the problem before it begins. They also gave me clues of what to look for in the event that some thing might start to become. Like ants, roaches etc., etc. I have used them over the years and have recommended them to friends who have used them also. My friends too are very happy with Step Exterminators and will be happy to use them again, I highly recommend Step Exterminators.

Mark got rid of the problem within just a few days, efficiently and affordably. His traps worked and caught three animals right away. And he released them humanely in an adjoining county, so they can't find their way back. I have no hesitation in recommending him for anyone with a similar problem in northern New Jersey.

Every spring ants invade the house. I call Step, and he shows up, with a coloring book for my daughter, and does the job. I have no more ants. He calls me 4 months later and says I have 2 more sessions, but I haven't seen any ants. He says he wants to stop by and just check. The day he is scheduled to come over, the freak snow storm hits and we cancel the appointment. Last week I start hearing what I think are squirrels in the crawlspace above my bedroom. I call, and he sets up two traps, and baits them with peanut butter. On Friday, the day after Thanksgiving he comes over checks the traps and determines it's not squirrels, but mice, and proceeds to bait the crawl space. He finds a hole and plugs it, and on the way out he tells me I owed you two ant sessions, but I don't see any sign of ants, so we're even. He then promises to send me a 2012 calendar and takes off. Why can't all contractors be this straight forward?

My ant problem is now non-existent. They had a good price and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. They did everything very quickly to get rid of the problem. He has since called just to see if everything is OK.
