+ -1 moreMisleading, bait and switch, illegal business practices...no sales tax and no signed approval of estimate of work over $50. Change out of working equipment for new equipment without approval, cross out of original work on invioce with new and different charges.
Description of Work: called to rekey 3 lock and provide breakin service on a rental unit. expected a bill of approx $120 instead the provider removed and replaced 3 functional dead bolts and 3 functional passage (non-locking) handles with new equipment and charged a total of $587 dollars. I was not informed of the additional charges nor did I approve this work. I had left a check with my employee to pay the locksmith. when my employee showed me the bill I called the provider to contest the bill and the work. I was told that I had to speak to Juan who had already gone home. I called back the next day (friday) no Juan, and also saturday. also no Juan. In each call informed to locksmith with my intention to stop payment on the check, I removed the equipment and left it outside the house for pickup. Do not use this service, they use bait and switch tactics and also don't take sales tax. they charged $55 apiece for the locks which are $6 locks.

+ -1 moreHis pricing was very high. He did not do a good job and spoilt the wood in my door. He also did not clean up once the job was done and left the place in a mess. I was very unhappy with his service.
