First they didn't show up with the proper tools. One of the things he didn't bring was a pencil. Then he used a pen on my tub wall. He wasn't even going to clean it off until I asked if he planning to clean it. That is when he asked to use my cleaning materials to clean it off. Bottom line he was supposed to put the grab bars in. He was supposed to check the access panels before he drilled. He said he found the stud and he was over confident in himself. He drilled a two holes and found that there was no stud. He put a little caulk in the 2 holes and he left. It's been weeks since this and they have contacted me at times they knew I was unavailable. My landlord is furious with the situation. The holes may one day go up the ceiling and cause further damage. They should have fixed it with fiberglass and not calk. They left 7 to 8 holes on the wall above the tub they haven't address. Now they want to cover their mistake with an ineffective suction grab bar, which can be dangerous. They are the ones who informed me that they are substandard and can come off the wall. The response from Mike has been obnoxious and he won't let me finish my sentences.
