I would give them F on everything because they were horrible. They broke things and never replaced anything. I submitted a list of things with an estimated 13000 dollars. My insured was only for 10000 dollars so I gave them a list of things. I tested down additional things that were broke in my grandfather's clock that I didn't include because I rented for one year and didn't assemble before I moved in to my house that I purchased a year later. They broke all of the pendulums, all those weights. I really didn't understand how they broke it because they were professionally packed by a clock company. I didn't even pack them; they were packed on their own with bubble wrap and other fillers in the box and they dented every single one of them. They were horrible. They offered me 196 dollars for the 13000 that I submitted and I had to sign it. I had to have it notarized and in it I couldn't speak to any media like any TV, radio or magazine about them in order to get the 196 dollars. They were horrible and I would give them F on everything. I have reported them to Better Business Bureau and National Movers Association. They told me that they had no sub-contractor but the guy from Brooklyn said that it went from sub-contractor to the sub-contractor. I had this glass top on top of a table and it was packaged by them and it had a quilted blanket and it was all shattered. Then he said that he is not going to take it off the truck because I?m going to hurt myself and I said no, I need that as evidence and I have to take pictures of that and submit all the pictures, which I did and still they gave me nothing for that, and the glass table top alone was $200. There is no way that I will use them again and I would recommend that no one uses them.
