It went pretty well until I started realizing that the guy who was preparing the bid did not know what he was talking about. He had to keep calling somebody else to get an answer. He kept giving me a firm bid and then I would ask him what about this, is it going to include this? Am I going to need this? He kept saying that he needed to talk to somebody. After three times I said wait a minute, this is not going in the right direction. I think he dropped the ball. I got the feeling that this company is good. The person that they have doing their bids is not knowledgeable. I spent a lot of time finding out how these high efficient systems work. Since Sandy blew through here, it has become hard to find contractors. They were pretty responsive; I think the guy had some other stuff going on. They were punctual. I would not have them back for a quote because I had a bad experience the first time.

They were very resposive to my inquriy, coming out right away and giving me a fair bid. After some negiotiation, I accepted their bid and they installed within 1 week. The installers were friendly and profesional. Completed the work in one day, tested the system and provided me with all the info I needed, answered my questions. Overall I would give this company great marks and have already recommended them to my neighbor who is having the same problems with his heating system that I had.
