Great! Dave and Marcello were great to work with and completed a quality renovation within the timeline established. Our bathroom was gutted and the layout was modified, and they were even able to fix our original door/mortise lock! They were able to replicate the period mouldings and helped to create the modern look with classic touches. We love our new bathroom. We have also hired Kasdan Construction for other projects and would highly recommend them!

David Kasdan is absolutely the best contractor I could imagine. The job went absolutely perfectly, right on time and exactly on budget. Dave is easy to work with, has incredible attention to detail, and offers great ideas as well. We only have 2 full bathrooms and both needed to be done, some contractors would only do both at the same time (to save money they said). Dave gave us a schedule to do the first, then once it was done we would start the second. He was exactly on schedule and completed the job almost to the day he promised. The work is first rate. I have never seen tiling jobs as good, even in the tile stores! I will use him from now on for any major work we need done on our house.
