I swung by their office to see if I could get a quote for a custom shower door and wall. The owner? was on the phone and he was smoking inside, so the entire factory stunk!! The cigarette smoke was so overwhelming, I decided to wait for him outside. While waiting outside, his employees started smoking outside too, so I couldn't get away!! I patiently waited for the owner to get off the phone while breathing in the entire company staff's second hand smoke. But after 15 minutes I decided to leave. It was awful. I just wanted to give them my shower measurements, so I could get a quote. Fifteen minutes later - the guy is still on the phone, chain smoking away. Total lack of courtesy and I felt completely disregarded. The owner was too busy yapping away about nothing on the phone (i could hear his entire conversation and it was about nothing...) and his employees didn't give a hoot if all their smoke was blowing my way, either. It was such an unprofessional, trashy company. I literally left with a headache from all the cigarette smoke. A total waste of my time.

I made an appointment with the owner, Jimmy Enze and he showed up exactly on when he said he would. He was very pleasant and polite. Since my bathroom is very small, (approximately 6'x8'), I was concerned that I would not have room for a door to swing outward, and after preliminary measuring, Jimmy assured me that it could be managed. He said that someone would contact me in a few days to do a laser measuring after which my enclosure would be ready in 3-4 weeks, which it was, almost exactly. They did the installation this morning and I couldn't be happier with the results! The whole thing is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The hardware matches the other hardware in my bathroom perfectly as well. The installers were polite and efficient, and most important extremely careful with everything else in my new bathroom, no mean feat as their workspace was extremely limited! They cleaned up after the work was done, and Jimmy came by to make sure everything was done right.
