Jose and his team are so wonderful to work with. They actually took care with our job and repair (burst pipe leading into home, complete water shut down). We also want to give Karen a shout out as she was so kind to our family during a really upsetting situation. Recommend this company big time!

We use Home Serve. Home Serve used this Company D Lonzo for an urgent leak we have in the bathroom where water as gushing on to our boiler in the basement when we turn on the shower. This company assured me they will be here between 10-2, I took off from work & waited, i followed up with them to confirm & they assured me they will show up since it's URGENT! 10 min to 2 they cancelled on me! i called & spoke to their Dispatcher "MATT" who was rude! DO NOT USE THEM!

They were quick to respond to my insurance company to assess the job, but did the worst job possible. Due to their inability to secure the temporary side walk, replace the grass that was dug up and communicate: they are no longer able to do work in my city. Do no hire them for your plumbing needs.

A plumber came to my house to provide an estimate. The fee for the estimate was $50, which would be deducted from the cost of the job once completed. The estimate seemed to be a good price ($225). It would be a simple job for a professional plumber. I called the office on a Friday to schedule the work to be done. I was told the dispatcher would get back to me. I hadn't heard anything by the following Tuesday, so I called again and left a message. Two days later and still no response. If the job is too small for them, I wish they would have told me they weren't interested. Maybe they would just rather collect the $50 fee than actually do the job. Don't call them, or perhaps if it was a more expensive job they would be more responsive. Jerks!

Major risk calling on this company!!! Lanzo Plumbing came out to assess work needed. They went on site and said they would write an estimate and send it over. I called every week for 6 weeks asking for the estimate. Every week they said the boss still had to write it up. He’s not in the office . It will be ready next week . Give them a few days. I was straight up. I told them “I need it already. You’re starting to scare me. If I dont get anything in writing and you don’t come through , I’m the one that looks like I dropped the ball. Lost all this time and have to start from scratch. “ I was told no no . We will give it to you . Tell your bosses next week. Received the call today. “Sorry we aren’t going to take the job. “ No consideration that they wasted time and time will cost me!!!. And I called every week!!!! I asked , even if they aren’t taking the job, can they direct me to anyone that might have the ability. They said “no”. Just flat no. They had no feeling of helping someone that they essentially are screwing over, even if just to point me in the right direction. So if I could give this place zero stars I would. Their lack of common good business client curtesy (customer service) means = 1) they don’t do things in a timely manor. 2) They don’t care if you get F’ed . 3) Their word of “they will get the estimate to you” means crap. Major risk calling on this company!!!

Lanzo is a principal plumbing contractor engaged by Home Serve, a company that manages service contracts purchased by homeowners from Suez Water. Home Serve's mission seems to be to limit costs to its client Suez by restricting or denying service. In my case Home Service initially refused to authorize Lanzo' plumber to do the work. After an extended discussion with Home Serve's representative he agreed to OK the job. Lanzo's experienced plumber then did the work efficiently and courteously.

We are clients of Homeserve and Lanzo Plumbing answered the call. From the office staff to the plumbers, they were professional and prompt. Their quality was reflected in both their commitment to customer service and industry skills. Very highly recommend.

D. Lanzo Plumbing is the provider that is always sent my my home warranty company. They always come in a timely manner. They are professional, efficient and clean up after themselves.

We have an external sewer line protection plan/insurance through HomeServe so we called them at 8pm to begin remediation. We then received a call at 8:50pm from D. Lanzo to tell us that two servicemen were on their way to the house. They arrived shortly after 9pm, evaluated the situation, removed the toilet since we do not have an external cleanout valve (and the interior valve would not accommodate the largest snake) and proceeded to clear the sewer line, which had been interfered with by roots penetrating the line in our front yard. Unlike the last plumber that we used in 2015 to clear the line, Patrick and Alvin from D. Lanzo did an excellent job of keeping our bathroom extremely clean throughout the entire process and were careful to reinstall the toilet using great care. The entire visit took roughly 90 minutes.

I have a home warranty and I think they covered it. I've done work with them before and I wasn't happy. There was very poor communication, lack of quality of work, I didn't like some of the technicians that were sent here and scheduling had issues. It was just not a quality company.

It went perfectly?.Could not have been happier with the responsiveness, quality and professionalism. About 12 man hours?..on a large (to us it was large) job of stopping water, doing work to allow us to use our water and returned to remove and replace the damaged pipe area. Cleaned up very well?.Neat and good work.
