Corner to Corner Irrigation & Landscape

I was a customer for 5 years. I had them winterize my sprinkler system last winter. In the spring when I went to turn on the sprinkler, there was a cracked copper pipe...obviously they didn't properly drain the system...that's what a winterization is supposed to do...blow out the water. When I called the service tech said this winter was really cold so it wasn't their fault and I would have to pay them to repair it. WHAT??? If it is 30 or 0, the water still expands when freezing. When I called the office they were no help..I asked for the owner to call me back....never happened...I called the office at least 5 times...they stopped answering my calls. And I WAS a long time customer...imagine how they treat a new one..

Service itself was OK. What I am unhappy about was the punctuality and the response I received when I complained to the manager. I had made the appointment weeks in advance and made sure that I am the first appointment at 8am for the day as I need to go to work right after. However, on the day of the appointment, the technician did not arrive until past10am only after I made several phone calls to the office. According to the technician, I was 3rd in the list. According to a manager I complained to, there was an emergency. If there was indeed an emergency, I would have appreciated a phone call indicating such so that I could have made other arrangements at work. I asked for some kind of adjustment on the labor charges to compensate for my time but I found the manager I spoke with to be un-responsive and indifferent. I have been using Corner-to-Corner regularly before, but now I have swtiched to another provider.

For each of these service dates, Corner to Corner Irrigation was totally professional and competent. We would unhesitatingly recommend them! They offer competitive rates .. They answer the phone in person .. They keep their appointments .. Their service people are courteous, knowledgeable and quick. We couldn't be happier! They are the BEST at what they do!

Corner to Corner Irrigation did a great job and we will be calling them to come back and do the back yard. They came on time and were very businesslike and professional. They did excellent work and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to others.

I LIKED THAT THEY WERE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY EVEN CAME BACK TO FOLLOW UP. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND PUNCTUALITY WAS EXCELLENT.
