Description of Work: Continental Real Estate Group, Inc. can list your property on the MLS for a one-time low listing fee. If an agent brings you a buyer, you can pay that agent a commission, which is typically half of what you would normally pay. Furthermore, if you sell your own property as a For Sale By Owner, you won't pay any commission, saving you even $1000s more. You can enjoy many of the benefits of For Sale By Owner marketing while still being listed on the MLS with an agent at the same time. So you will have the best of both worlds.
