Angelo was very responsive and eager to make sure my bathroom update was done the way I wanted it. His crew was skilled and hard-working and very respectful of my home. They put tarps down and cleaned up well every day. Angelo kept checking with me to make sure things were going well, and went beyond what he said he would do for me. I would use Charles Renovations again without hesitation.

Angelo and his team are the best! My husband and I say that Angelo is now part of the family! He’s reliable, honest and totally rolls with the punches when any issue arise. We started with one bathroom renovation which turned into two more bathrooms and the kitchen and interior painting. His team is highly skilled, professional and clean. The job went very well. It was all done within the time period that Angelo stated. His team worked very diligently, with care and concern about their work, the products they were installing and most of all, my satisfaction . I did not have to stay on top of them but I would review at the end of each day , (because I am very detailed oriented) and review with the team each morning. The team insures clean up every day before leaving ( and you know working in a kitchen to remove a popcorn ceiling, cut out a pass through, add and remove a cabinet requires a lot of sanding and can be very taxing on the hone owner). They sealed up the area as much as possible. I have no complaints and I will hire them again!

it started slow but Charles did a great work in completing the work to the quality level. Appreciate his and his team efforts in closing my work.

Angelo is great and is willing to go above and beyond your expectations to give you a great look and experience with the contracting job. He is a responsive contractor and if he misses you, he will follow up right away before the job gets started to make sure that all the plans are set. He is present and constantly checking in with the clients and the contracting crew to make sure things are going as scheduled. When the work is completed making sure that everything was to my liking. everything is going well. His team works very well and are focused on the details. They made sure to get all the right materials for the job, to the right of flooring and grout for my shower, to the best kind of paint and the color scheme that works best in a finished basement During a painting job when I asked what works best from a contractors view Angelo gave me a suggestion that made the rooms look even better than I thought it would. He is always working to give you best outcome for any job he takes on. I highly recommend Charles Renovations for any contracting work. Angelo and his team are exceptional!

Very well am highly satisfied with the work. We had used them back in September and were so pleased with their work then that we decided to enlarge our original project and called them back to do it. Felt they listened and were responsive to our requests and were always courteous and aimed always to make sure we were totally satisfied.

AMAZING. Angelo is professional, responsive, he has a great team who does top notch work. My wife and I asked him to remodel our sun room, they made such an amazing room for our family we ended up asking them to re-wrap the entire house. So glad we found CR, and they better stay by the phone because we’ll have more work to be done.

Charles Renovations are diligent, respectful haedworkers who take pride in providing quality work. Rather than buying cheap parts to finish the job as soon as possible, they will make recommendations so you get a quality and lasting finish. They will work all day towards completing the job.

They replied and got the job done in under a week. I hired them to repair a job done badly 2 years ago by someone else. Seems like they were thorough and I am hopeful the problem is fixed for good.
