Great. VERY honest and a pleasure to work with. Very honest and straightforward.

I did not have a good experience with them. I found them on my own. They had to come back out a few times. The first time they refinished the floors, the polyurethane did not adhere to the floors. They had to come back out and reapply the polyurethane. Later, they came out to repair a few spots. Later, the spots started showing up all over the place. So, they had to re-sand and reapply the polyurethane. I spent $1295.00 for the job. I would suggest that nobody uses them. They subcontract the work to another company. The other company, which does the floor refinishing, is terrible. They have really poor workmanship. They are a low quality provider. I could have gotten the job done by another company, which could have done a better job, at the same price. The only nice thing I could say about them is they were punctual. I will not use them again in the future. They had to come again to redo the entire job over. It still does not look anywhere as good as other refinished floors I have seen. You can feel the grain in the wood floors, almost like the polyurethane soaked into the wood without coating it. I have little faith that this finish will last. The quality of their work is not good; the floors do not look as good as floors done by other floor refinishers.

THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS NOT GOOD BECAUSE THEY SCRATCHED THE NEW FLOOR. I MUST SAY THAT THEY WERE RESPONSIVE WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THEY HAD TO MAKE IT RIGHT.
