I contacted this company because I had a small leak had no idea where it was coming from the company dispatch two young men with no knowledge or experience they start off telling me that they need to start upstairs and knock down several walls when I absolutely disagreed with that they said we need to tear out the basement tile floor because you have a bad sewer line when I disagree with that they remove the toilet and found out that it was backed up but before they could actually start the process of clearing the stop toilet they received a call from the owner stating that they had an emergency at a building that had no heat and they have to leave while I do understand and have sympathy for anyone not having heat you left me in a bad compromise situation they said they will come back the next day but then received a text from the owners son stating that they cannot return until Wednesday and with that no particular time when they where going to show up the very next day the ceiling started to collapse and water started to pour from the ceiling this is the most incompetent company I’ve ever seen never dealt with any professional who would leave a customer in the middle of a job I understand emergencies but this was totally unacceptable do not think about calling this company there was absolutely no accountability never received a phone call to even apologize I did hire someone else and they fix my problem thank God caution if you want a standup company that would standby the integrity of the job call someone else not them.

They do very good work. They are very polite and courteous, they work hard, they don't sit around and take breaks. Very hard workers. I have used them more than once. They are very nice people.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY OF TIMES. THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO COME. THE PRICE IS ALSO REASONABLE. THE PLUMBERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
