0With AMERICAN GLASS & METAL I have called and called multiple times and they keep brushing me off. I was told in February they had ordered an complete unit for my storm windows. Since February no one has came back to my home to finish the job . I last spoke wit this company on 05.20.14 and they stated they were busy and would come out next week, however no one has came to resolve this problem.

I went to their office to get an estimate for a custom glass shower door and wall. They said they've give me a call with the estimate the next day. Two days later and no word, I gave them a call to see if they have the estimate and the woman said she'll double check and call me back, which they never did. A week later, still no estimate. If it's this difficult to get just a simple estimate, it just means they're totally incompetent, unreliable and unresponsive. I ended up hiring another glass company that gave me an estimate in a few hours and promptly replied to my emails, which American Glass & Metal should have done. Meh, their loss. Update: They called me over 2 weeks later with an estimate. (By now, my shower door and wall have already been installed by a different company and the project is over....)

One side of a two pane glass had a crack and I needed to replace the glass. I brought the window to them (30 x 43 inch) and left it there for a day. The repair was good and the price is very reasonable, since I got a quote of $300 from another glass shop. Very pleased with the work and will use them again in the future.
