The plumber arrived on time and took off his shoes upon entering the house. Wow! Before removing the old toilet, water was removed from the tank and bowl, and then placed the toilet in large plastic bag. He fixed the old pvc opening and inserted a metal bracket for the new flange. He carefully assembled and installed the new toilet. You can tell the plumber takes pride in his work. He left the bathroom very clean.

They always do great work! I will hire them again!

He was punctual, polite, cleaned up after himself, and answered my questions. He serviced my central heat & air conditioning system, and replaced a malfunctioning condensation pump.

Very well, quickly spotted the problem and fixed it.

He arrived a little early, which was nice. He took off his shoes even though I did not ask him to, which was thoughtful. I explained the problem, he made two recommendations, I chose the cheaper option to only repair the outdated 3 handle system instead of updating to a newer design. He took about an hour, and completely cleaned up after himself. There is still a little water coming out of the tub faucet, almost all out of the shower head (which is an improvement), but he explained why and checked the water pressure to make sure that was not contributing to the situation (he determined that the water pressure regulator did not need to be replaced). The leaking coming out of the diverter handle was completely fixed, and the almost constant dripping from the tub faucet was completely fixed. He also answered a question about central heat/air servicing.

I was able to email photos of the old hot water heater and location and get a quote via email. Their quote was $500 less than I had paid someone else for replacing the same water heater eight years earlier. Their crew arrived on time and did a fine job, even redoing the prior installer's venting because they didn't think it was to code. Price was exactly as quoted, no muss, no fuss. Would definitely use again.

THEY ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED- REVIEWED OUR PRESENT GAS LINES TO THE FURNACE/ STOVE ETC AND GAVE US A QUOTE. THEY OLD US THE EXPECTED PROGRESSION OF PERMITS, INSTALLING THE GAS LINE,PLUMBING INSPECTOR DOING A PRESSURE CHECK & WHEN APPROVED THE FINAL HOOK UP TO THE GRILL. THEY EVEN SUGGESTED WE GET THE PERMITS(HOW TO APPLY FOR THEM) TO SAVE A FEW $ & WE DID. THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP ON TIME, WERE VERY PATIENT ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS, TOOK THEIR SHOES OFF,ETC AND FINALLY INSTRUCTED US ON HOW TO START & SHUT OFF THE GRILL I WAS RELEIVED TO SEE THAT 2 SHUT OFF VALVES WERE INSTALLED: ONE ON THE DECK BEHIND THE GRILL & ONE IN THE FURNACE AREA WHERE THE NEW GAS LINE TO THE GRILL STARTED. GOOD PEOPLE!

They came and identified the issue that it was not the lines but a leaky toilet problem I was having, so they fixed it.

Initially called for a propane furnace repair. Responded promptly and professionally. Arranged an appointment within a reasonable time( just happened to have a cold spell at this time) Got furnace working within an hour of arrival and partially cleaned unit to remain running. Thereafter, arranged a more thorough cleaning of both furnaces. Done within a 2 week period in time for winter season. Unfortunately, as with all things mechanical, the furnace broke again. This time a gas valve was stuck open causing the furnace to never shut off! Response time was good and since this is an middle age furnace, the part was a challenge to find. The unit was up and running shortly thereafter.

Excellent service. Call was returned in a timely fashion, very professional and courteous. Technician arrived early and was extremely knowledgable. Used floor saver sheets as to not track dirt in the house from our crawl space. Discovered problem immediately and resolved it quickly. Best plumbing service in the area, hands down.

The serviceman Manny arrived promptly at the time scheduled. He was very friendly and courteous. My furnace had not been cleaned in a while and Manny took the time to thoroughly go over and clean the furnace. He was very knowledgable and did a great job answering all my questions. I am definitely using him again and would recommend Gallagher's to all my friends. Great Service!

Tech arrived within specified window and performed repairs in a professional manner. Price was comparable to other plumbers, but they showed up! Tech left everything clean and explained what needed to be done. Would recommend. Have used a couple of times and always show-up.

Friendly responsive sincere and punctual

Dave was very flexible accomodating my schedule. Orlando called ahead to tell us the time he was coming. He replaced the leaking shut-off valve and ball c*** in toilet. He kept me up to date as to what was going on with shut-off valve since it was in a tricky area in the basement ceiling.

There seemed to be a discrepancy in date of work either on our end or their end. Provider has contacted us to clarify information

Very professional and friendly. Was very honest about cost and need for backup driven sump pump based on our houses history etc. Will definitely use him in the future.
