Great costumer service

I called all complete construction because I had a leak on my roof and near my chimney. They had Timmy come out to take a look, he found where the leak was coming from exactly. He gave me a quote on the spot and we scheduled to repair it a few days afterward. Very happy with the work and it was also warrantied. Thankyou

I took the day off from work to get an estimate done on some home repairs but they were a no show.

We were quoted to replace two roof vents for $300 and when compared to other roofers seemed reasonable and in the same ballpark (e.g. remove 2 roof collars and replace with new). First they told us they would be here between 9 and 11. When I called them at 10:30 they said it was more like between 12 and 2. They eventually called back and then showed up at 12. When they got here they immediately asked how much the quote was before starting work. They then said that for that they would only caulk the vents - no replacement because replacing the vents involved more work they claimed. Since I needed to solve the problem asap I agreed but I caution anyone using this firm to get a WRITTEN quote as I think this was the common 'bait and switch'. I paid $300 for caulking two vent pipes which is clearly overpriced to say the least. I actually would never use this firm again. I gave the ratings I did because (1) they showed up and (2) performed some type of work and (3) provided me a receipt - nothing more.

Gutters needed cleaning Sam took the time to show me how clogged they were and how to best prevent in the future. Fair and honest!
