We had a great experience with this company. Ray and his son Ray Jr. were on time and very professional. They did a thorough job of cleaning our ducts and dryer vent and explained what they were doing as they worked . They were neat and clean and were respectful of our property. We highly recommend them and plan to use them again next year when we will have our dryer vents cleaned.

My wife found New Land on your website to do our House Duct Cleaning. Ray came out on 1/10 They showed up in an Unmarked White Van seemed odd to me that the business name was not on it, ( I should have stopped there but I let them in) The came in with an Air Compressor and a Vacuum, They blew air into the return vents and that was it for cleaning the return. Then they ran the 2" vacuum hose into the floor 6" ducts and that was it. The Main trunk for both the supply and the return were never touched or cleaned. He said that they were able to clean the duct just by using the 2" hose. When they left I had a bad feeling that the job was just not right so i went a took pictures of the floor vents and found a TON of dirt left behind I took off the return vent cover to discover a lot of dog hair and dust behind it. Ray did come back to just run the same 2" hose in the vent and then told me that they never are able to get all the dirt out and that he did the best he could do. This is Un-Acceptable my ducts are NOT Clean and the main trunk I'm sure are still contaminated with dust and debris. We are now Out $637.62 for a job that I could have done better with my own ShopVac. I would Never use this Company again or recommend to do any king of work. I want a Full Refund of my money how do I go about getting my money back on a incomplete and crappy job.

I was very happy with the service. Ray was friendly and very professional, he explained the process and answered all of my questions. I vacuum my drapes a few times a year but I knew they still had a lot of dust in them. When Ray was done they were dust free, brighter and smelled fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend New Clean, I will be using them soon to do my living room & dining room drapes.

The team is so kind and professional. My carpets look fantastic and the deodorizer they used does not have an odor which I like.

The team at New Land is professional and does exceptional work. The team has excellent availability and is highly responsive. They arrive on time and provide notification of their near-term arrival. While on-site they work efficiently and are flexible to any concerns you may have. I am pleased to have worked with them and will continue to utilize them. Ray was very responsive online and informative over the phone. He gave me a quote right away and stuck to it. Our window treatments are 2-stories, with very high windows, so not an easy job. Ray arrived on time, walked me through the process, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. I'm amazed at how much better the window treatments look! It's not an inexpensive process, but it sure is less than replacement. We had 3 long panels, 6 fabric blinds/shades, and 4 valances cleaned, in total, and they look new again! I will have Ray back for other cleaning jobs -- he was very pleasant, professional, and did high-quality work.

I was not home, but my bf had no trouble. The pieces looked good when I got home. There was still some dog hair in places, but I suppose that was too much to hope it would be gone altogether. I was good with the service.
