Since I cannot see the ducts themselves, I believe it went well.

All the carpets looked beautiful when done.

Ray arrived when he stated, and he took his time and did a good job cleaning all the carpets and rugs. He seemed very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. Overall it was a good experience and I would hire him again for cleaning work.

Great, cleaned four rooms and a hallway.

Ray and his son Ray came to my home to clean 3 rooms of carpeting. Ray was honest in telling me that the pet stains may not completely be removed. However, when he was done it was obvious that the carpets looks 100% better. And, now that the carpets have dried, they look very nice; many stains are gone. I'm very pleased

Ray cleaned our shear curtains in our living room and dining room. He was personable, professional , and prompt. I've looked for a year for someone to clean my curtains...and I was 100% satisfied with his services and his prices. Water stains gone, white again, and perfectly pleated. I would recommend him highly. He also put up sheets on my huge window that would open and close for privacy for the week when I had none. A small gesture, but greatly appreciated!

They were on time and did a fine job cleaning out the ducts. There was an upsell to get us to do more and we chose to have them spray a deodorizer for $49.00 extra.

One of the best experiences I've had with a service professional. Ray called before he came to the house, arrived when he said he would, finished the cleaning in a timely manner, and even came back the next day when I noticed a spot that hadn't shown up when the carpet was still damp. He removed the spot quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommended service provider.

It went well. Ray left a confirmation message the day prior to my scheduled service and arrived promptly as scheduled. He cleaned the lint trap in the dryer and the entire vent line itself. He even pulled out a bird nest left over from a previous cleaning (by someone else). (I know it wasn't a new nest due to a cage over the vent exit flap after the last one, btw.)

I'm not sneezing any more, so I'd say it was a success.

He just kind of went over things. He did the job but he didn't do as beautiful and thorough a job as the first guy did. He went over places and said, hey, these stains are going to be stains. The other guy went over them several times. He was in and out of there really fast.

I usually don't leave reviews until I have had work completed, but Ray was so incredibly responsive and knowledgable and accommodating, I felt the need to post a review in advance of the work being performed. I will update my comments later. On late Friday evening, I sent out a request for cleaning 6 area rugs to NEW LAND as well as three other service providers, not expecting a response until the following week. However, Ray called me first thing Saturday morning, took a thorough inventory, discussed the fabric content of each rug, gave me a fair price, and accommodated my moving schedule. I couldn't ask for more. If the actual work performed is half as impressive as Ray, NEW LAND will exceed all of my original expectations.

New Land did an amazing job! He came out quickly, worked fast and thoroughly, and educated me about other services that he offers that could be useful wtihout pressuring me to purchase anything. I am very pleased with the results and will be using him again to seal the granite in my kitchens and to clean out the vents in the home.

A guest had spilled a substantial amount of white candle wax on my rose-colored drapes covering a large bay window in my living room. Also I found my dog had urinated on the bottom of a set in the dining room. When I first called on Monday, the owner, Ray, was actually the one to answer the phone. He asked me to describe my drapes and gave me an estimate on the phone. I had several time constraints around doctor's appointments and he was very willing to work around them. The morning of the scheduled pick-up Ray called shortly after the scheduled time to tell me that his van had gotten stuck in a ditch. It was a misty, foggy, slick morning and he was truly upset that he would be late. He kept me apprised of the efforts to extract it and only because I chose not to have him come that day did we reschedule for the following Monday. He was willing to do whatever it took. Ray was incredibly knowledgeable about drapes and the processes used to clean them. He gave me very detailed descriptions of how they would attempt to remove the stains and reasonable and realistic expectations for the outcomes. Two days later he returned to rehang the drapes and sheers and to clean the attached valences. The drapes look beautiful!! The wax stain was completely gone and the other stains as good as I expected. Throughout the entire process Ray was instructive, personable and professional. So many companies say they clean carpets, upholstery, ducts and drapes but they mainly send out two techs in a truck to steam clean carpets. I did not feel comfortable with any of them. Although Ray's company performs all those other services as well, twenty years ago they actually started with drapery cleaning services! He was the only person I talked to who really knew what he was doing and I am so thankful to Angie's List for leading me to his company!
