Fabulous. When I placed the Order I was contacted by New Land and we set up an appointment. They arrived on time and were took care of my granite counter and when done, the counter looked fantastic. They gave me advice on how care for them and me importantly, how often I should get them cleaned and sealed so the counter remains beautiful. I will definitely have them back and will hire them for many of the other services they provide.

Ray was very personable and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He also gave me helpful advice about maintaining my dryer.

Hired them to do a granite counter top cleaning and sealing in our kitchen. Great communication by the owner and arrived promptly on the day the work was scheduled. The counters look new again and I'll use them again when it's due for this service again.

It went great! Ray was punctual in calling to set up and appointment immediately after we paid for the service. He arrived on time on the stated date. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Our light colored carpet was filthy and he did the best job possible in getting them cleaned. They look much better. We would definitely recommend this company for carpet cleaning and would definitely hire him again. Ray was very professional.

The service provided was very good. They showed up on time, were very efficient and worked around my schedule (I work from home and had some calls scheduled which required quiet).

The team arrived on time. They were very polite and professional. They completed the job the same day, several hours later.

There was an additional charge to the $179 Big Deal cost, but that was because we added to it. It was good. He got one spot out in one bedroom that he did not think he got it out and the one spot he said he got out in the other room, he did not. I would have given him an A rating except for his machine leaked twice. That was the only problem. When he left, everything was all cleaned up, no harm done. His price was very reasonable. We added the stairs and he did not charge as much. He did a great job.

Ray was fantastic from start to finish! He returned my call right away, set up a time for the service (arriving between 9 and 10 AM), and explained the cleaning process over the phone. He and his partner showed up just after 9 AM, inspected the situation, explained the process again, and started work. They finished quickly and ran tests, and Ray spoke with us about what they found (we'd thought we'd had a flexible dryer vent pipe throughout the house, but Ray told us about the hard dryer vent pipe and said that it was great that we had the hard dryer vent pipe. We HIGHLY recommend Ray and New Land.

My driveway is steep, and their truck was heavy and with bald tires. So it could not get up my driveway. We had to cancel the job. The driver said he would see that my payment would be refunded. He was very honest and polite about the situation, and arrived on time, so I rated this a C and not lower.

It was great. It was a couple of weeks later that he came to do the work because he had some bookings. They charged me extra but it was in line with the fine print of the deal. The deal was for up to 8 vents in various rooms and my home had almost 22 vents in it. So I was aware of the limitation of the deal even before it arrived and we negotiated a cost for the rest of the vents.It would have been really expensive if he had stuck to the fine print but he gave me a discount on it. I think it was like a hundred extra dollars. What stood out was the way he worked with me and negotiated the additional cleaning. I felt totally comfortable going forward with it despite the additional cost. He was on time. He's a super nice local guy. It was a local business deal, it wasn't a big one.

I bought New Lands Angies List special to have my homes carpets cleaned before the holidays. Ray arrived at his promised time and was very nice and friendly. I have two young kids who spill everything on the carpets so I knew every stain wouldnt come up. With that said, I was extremely happy with the quality job Ray did. The carpets cleaned up so much better then I thought they would and most stains disappeared. I will be using Ray on a regular basis from this point on and have allready reccommended him to friends and family. Ray didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of other addons like other companies do, but I did purchase his scotch guard treatment to help protect the carpets from further stains.

Ray was excellent. It might appear at first glance that he is a little more expensive than other services, but there are no hidden per/foot fees for longer vents or additional, unforeseen work. He not only cleaned the vent, but he also spent a considerable amount of time properly re-seating the dryer to the vent leading to the outside of our house. He was friendly, professional and very upbeat. I would definitely recommend him.

I had a fantastic experience with Ray. He was punctual and was able to squeeze me in just before Thanksgiving to clean the drapes and upholstery in my house. I was extremely satisfied with his work and have plans for him to come back right before Christmas to reseal my granite counter tops. Would definitely recommend!

Overall was not truest satisfied, don't think it was cleaned thouroghly becuase I am still having dust on my floor even after cleaning and replacing filter.
