Ray took care of everything personally. He arrived on time, gave me a package deal price and completed the work. All went well.

They were on time and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. One of my rugs needed repair to the fringe, but they do not do that as part of their service. I think $125 was expensive for the amount of time they were here. Next time I will use my own rug shampoo machine.

Technician was on time , knew what he was doing and talking about- did an excellent job . My couch looked brand new when he was done and still does. We added in a matching chair to my love seat for an additional $29. Would highly recommend this company and the products they use

Very well. They did a good job - very thorough

I paid an upcharge because my counter space was over 40 sqft. They also offered to clean the back splash for more money. After they were done it really did not seem all that different from the start. Looking over the work I noticed that some pink nail polish that had dried on the granite was still there. He scrapped it off with this finger nail. In the corner of the island where most of the kitchen work gets was dull (and the reason I hired them for the job). They said it would take a diamond polisher to make it match the rest of the area. The most damning comment was from my wife when she got home and asked if they come to do the work! Was all that spray and buffing for show? I will not hire them again.

Ray did an amazing job getting rid of water stain on my granite countertop. Truly amazing.

Very well. I had to move the rug to the garage because my cat peed on it and I wanted it out of the house. The cleaning went very well and most of the stains and all of the smell are gone! I am very pleased.

I think it helped. We were charged an extra $15 for an extra vent, which I didn't mind, but the bacterial disinfectant was an additional $80 for 5 sprays down the return and I don't know if it made a big difference. I appreciated his advice about my dryer vent.

On time, polite, SUPER FAST was mostly concerned with pet odors. So far so Good. E500.00

Process took about an hour and my countertops look great.

They cleaned a few rugs and did something else maybe the granite. They did excellent.

The chairs were dirty from our dog rubbing up against them and are noticeably cleaner. The kitchen granite counter tops were sealed but they don't really appear any different. I was not really sure what to expect.
