Ray was very professional, arrived on time and communicated well. Called when he said he would. The work was performed with attention to detail and done in a timely manner. I will hire New Land in the future and recommend him to my friends.

It was nice but the carpet looked the same. It's like he didn't do anything to it. It was no good. They did the one-time cleaning before we could move in. He charged me or what he didn't do. For the stuff he charged me, I told him to make it look better but he didn't. He charged me and got the money but he didn't do it. He's a good guy and the best experience was talking to him. He was respectful. He has a nice personality but his work was not as nice. He was on time.

he came on time he first cleaned the inside of the dryer which took about 10 min. he then open up the hose attached to the dryer vent ,put the hose inside and cleaned the inside which was about another 20-30 min

It was just mediocre. My problem with them was that the price probably quadrupled. I think I wound up paying them $1300. He said that there were additional vents that he had to charge me for per vent. I also suspected that I was overcharged. But, I just haven't taken the time to call him and go over that. I think he overcharged me. I don't think he considered the fact that I paid for the deal. If he was going to charge me for additional, he should have billed minus the deal price. I'll have to take that up with him. I don't feel like he was detailed enough. I don't feel like he addressed all of the issues as it pertains to cleaning a vent. I went behind him and looked at a couple of the vents and I really didn't see that he did an excellent job. I was caught off guard that I had to pay so much more money.

Cleaned all the lent out of the dryer and dryer hose. While reconnecting the hose found a large hole in the hose which was caused by heat that had also burned the paint on the cement block wall. He installed a new better hose for the dryer .

Ray Terranova, representing New Land, arrived on time and cleaned the dryer vent and dryer filter. Over the years we have had others in to clean the dryer vent. This was clearly the most thorough and effective service we've seen.

Ray from Newland Cleaning & Restoration Services called a day beforehand to confirm my appointment and gave me a 3 hour window. On the day of service, he arrived at my home within time frame stated. He went over what he was going to do and if I had any questions. He started to do the job and called me over to show me how to do monthly maintenance on my dryer. After cleaning the dryer, he went on to clean the outdoor dryer vent. He told me because of my concern of birds entering the outside vent, that I should get vent covers installed. I asked him how much for the vent covers and he told me that he had to make "Custom" covers for the three outdoor vents at $40 a piece but will only charge me $80 for the three. Thinking I was getting a "good deal" for the "custom" vent covers I said OK. After he installed the first two covers, I noticed that the "custom" vent covers were nothing more than galvanized sheet wire cut to size and placed inside of vent. I asked him if that was the "custom" vent cover he said yes. Watching him finish the last cover, he noticed that I noticed him break a piece of my vent and go on to tell me, your vent is dry rotted and that's why it broke like that. I sad dry rotted in only 5 years that the house has been built, or maybe you broke it by mistake? he just continued to to finish. I couldn't believe that they would call galvanized sheet wire cut to size and placed inside of vent "custom" covers. Being too late to tell him to stop, I just wrote out a check and paid for the additional services. I will not recommend them to anybody and will definitely would talk anyone out of using them in the future! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!

WOW!!! What a fantastic job. When I called them, they were friendly and professional. We scheduled a day and they showed up at the time we agreed on. They cleaned my carpets and did an excellent job. I also had my draperies cleaned and they look great. Also, I had them clean two oriental rugs. I was afraid to have them cleaned at first but they assured me that they would look great. Well, they came out beautifully. Much better than I expected. I must say that I would definitely call them again because they went above and beyond my expectations.

Our clothes were not drying and the dryer was getting extremely hot while running. We called New Land Services, they explained their cleaning process and we scheduled a date and time for a cleaning. New Land arrived on time and were very professional. They cleaned out our dryer vent from top to bottom and swept out a massive clog in the tube leading to the vent. I am very happy with their service and I even used them to clean my carpets.

I had used New Land cleaning services a few months ago for a dryer vent cleaning. They did such a good job, I figured I would try them for my carpet cleaning. I am so glad that I did! They pre-treated my spots, then cleaned and deodorized my carpets. I am very happy with their service and I will definitely use them again. I was truly amazed at how clean they came. This company really did a fantastic job!!!!

I contacted the provider by phone, and received an immediate response. I did not have to wait for him to call me back. Each time I have called, the response has been immediate. In coming to my house, the provider went right to work without any delay, performed the services and was finished in ample time. The provider was very courteous, professional and explained what they were doing and what needed to be done. The provider also explained the maintenance I needed to do in order to maintain proper use of my dryer. Also explained other services they provide. I am very interested in using this provider for the same service again and recommending this provider to others. I am also interested in using this provider for other services they provide such as carpet cleaning.
