Mr. Dutton was prompt in response to my inquiry. He was friendly and informative and did an outstanding job of cleaning my pool. I felt that he was just the man to do the job. I hired him immediately to finish the season of cleaning and maintaining my pool. I would recommend him and his company to anyone!

They aren't looking to nickel and dime as has been so prevalent in the past 10 years of having our pool serviced. My initial experience when I hired Country Pool Service to resolve an issue the summer of 2017 was very good. Unfortunately, the customer service provided when I hired them directly to open my pool this summer (2018), was a less than desirable experience. Somehow the control knob on my Chlorinator mysteriously broke (although everything was fine when I left everything out for installation). I was never told that this was the case, until I realized ducks were landing in my pool after the opening (a few days later when the pool water was perfectly clear) and realized no chlorine was filtering in. I was told that the part was being ordered, and advised to put chlorine tabs in the skimmer basket. The replacement part never arrived, so I in order to expedite things, I just ordered a new chlorinator and replaced it myself. One of my jets in the stairs was never installed, so water is bubbling out of the control knob when I attempt to open the jets in the stairs. So I had to order a new jet. There was so much DE caked on my filter grids they had to be replaced within 1 month after opening. I've spent an additional $350 resolving issues after paying Country Pool Service $298.55 to open my pool. If there was an option to upload pics, I would provide them. A horrible experience. I will never use them again.

Came a day early because I asked them to. Joe took 30 minutes with my equipment that had been shut down for two weeks and had me up and running. Came back the next day to complete the job. Fixed my Polaris and told me my only job this summer will be to swim!!! I am so thankful. Was ready to leave the pool closed due to so many problems. This company's prices are very fair !!!!

Came 2 days early to help fix an algae problem so that the pool would be clear for closing.

The gentleman that came out took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. He had a helper with him and taught him what to look for before the job was finished. He also picked up on the fact I did not have a pump for my pool. I have an inground pool and a safety cover but no one told us that we needed a pump throughout the winter in case the water rose high enough that it would overflow and in case we had a freeze we it could have had catastrophic results. He was the only one that showed us why we needed it. I had multiple questions for them before signing my contract and they were very patient with me. I will definitely hire this company again for next year.

we have had pool companies opening and closing our pool for 10years. Country Pools is First company to actually seem to know about our heater and slat generator and first time i felt confident that they could repair what was needed.
